Hey guys! I have an appointment next week to try and see what's going on with my glasses and I'm looking around at new drawing tablets to replace my current one. TQ updates are going to be a little slow for a bit in the meantime and I apologize. I'm working on some other things that I can do almost entirely in Procreate while I try to get stuff sorted out. Very buggy and a little slow during high traffic hours but it's a nice design that will hopefully improve with more funding. I realized I haven't really drawn Gloriana smiling like ever. She's pretty standoffish as a product of her circumstances. She isn't forced to play the usual social games for a demon so she finally has someone she can act naturally around.

For this batch of pages I changed up my workflow a little bit. Everything from thumbnails to flat colors were done in Procreate! So for this first page I forgot to save the sketch and can only give you the line art.

So typically I reserve patreon for private posts but since social media is failing me I think it would be better to mirror my public art here as well. I'll try to get into the habit :)
These two are Gloriana and Oleander (plus a minor side character) from a story I've just been playing around with for a while now. I've been drawing them lately to work myself out of some art block
Basically as soon as Mattoa appears the scene shifts to his perspective so we no longer hear anything said out loud. I figured these pages would be confusing if I uploaded them one by one so I at least wanted to keep these as a batch. For further clarification it simply did not occur to Jintu that Zusufula wouldn't know how to sign because pretty much everyone he knows understands it.

I'm also in thumbnail hell because it turns out sign language convos are really hard to storyboard. By the way I'm smoothing out Mattoa's hair a bit since his ringlets were both a hassle and looking too much like dreadlocks in my art style, which some people find offensive on a blond person. I'm gonna be adding updated pages to my next batch. This is my own fault for only roughly sketching him out once before jumping into pages that included him lol.

This is the final full chapter of Eros & Psyche!
There is going to be an epilogue and as mentioned before, I'm going to be cleaning up old pages in my spare time before making a collection out of all the chapters. They all fell asleep early lol.
Normally I try to make a big post every year to let everyone know what to expect from me but in 2023 I wasn't really in a position to do that. I had no idea how long it was going to take me to finish Eros & Psyche, TQ was preparing for a crowdfunder I would have little control over, and it was just very difficult to make plans. But this year I will have more wiggle room!
