So I've been working more on some ideas for the video game, as I draw Flo and friend Maury trying out some inventory items. The inventory should be pretty small in the game, maybe only 4 spaces, plus the player character's key weapon/item. This will mean that you have to think smart and stay light on your feet. You'll have to choose when to optimize; maybe combine healing items, like the baby powder and medicine and bandages to make a full-restore healing kit, ...

Thanks to my buddy KingCrazy, I got some help with scripting the running and turning animations, as well as the camera-follow script ^^ The controls are more stable now. The animations could be improved a bit more. The colliders and rigidbody and physics aren't set yet, so the character will just clip through the level if I put him anywhere other than a flat floor, but when all that is taken care of, he will be ready for a small demo build. For now though, he can't do much more than what you ...

As I draw my concepts and texture my level, I've been taking my first steps to learn how to script. I am happy with the progress I have made. I plan to keep on doing my best to learn everything I can, to improve my arts.

This month is gonna be a busy one, for the video game project. I'll primarily be messing (no pun intended) with character controllers, trying to get the Flo model moving in the game engine, now that most of his basic animations are complete. I may make tweaks to his animations if they're not smooth enough. If I run into any trouble, which is sure to happen, I know where to look for help.
