Chapter 3 Page 39 FINAL

Now that we have the kinks ironed out, and Atari is done with the contest entry, I'm hoping that we will be back to our normal schedule for page 40! Like I said, reason why I changed the time of day on the panel with Lydia and Simon to late afternoon will be apparent once the chapter ends. ;)

I'm sorry this took a while; as I've mentioned on the sketch for this page, Atari was working on a character design for a contest that will be going to public vote on the 5th, and he wanted to prioritize that before he finished this page.  I'll provide a link for the contest page when I get the link for his entry, of course.  :PAnyway, I only have two changes I'm having him do before I consider this page done:

1. I want the background on the first Lydia panel to be like the last one,...

UPDATE: I thought of a better solution in case we aren't able to get enough funds by the time chapter 4 rolls around: Perhaps we could split the schedule up in half; have one week on Chapter 4, and the other working on the Chapter 1 remake, and alternating between the two until the chapter is finished. This way, we are still continuing the comic, regardless if we meed the goal or not.

I say "Not Quite Final" because of a very noticeable goofup on the bottom-left panel. Compare that to page 25 and you'll connect the dots. X_X

Things are looking more defined with this strange Eurobeat-Slash-Rock concert now, and poor Donovan has a mohawk; Don't worry, I'm he'll get his revenge in a future wallpaper, should we reach $135 or more. Maybe he can have them look like people ripped straight from a Lisa Frank catalogue and join some kickass Hard Trance/Drum n' Bass rave. XP

MB July Wallpaper INKS

NGL, this is gonna take a while for my to get used to putting WIPs in a different tier than in the past, but I'm sure this system will help out in the long run. : P

hmm... Maybe they're some kind of Rock-Eurobeat fusion band from the early-90's? It would explain why Ramirez is so into it while Donovan is all "meh" (He's more into Techno type stuff. ) ;)

Just got the sketch of Page 36 and the inks for the wallpaper ready!

Since this is the 4th of July, it miight have to be uploaded a bit later tonight (long story short, I have a cousin from Arkansas coming to visit for the first time in 7 years among other usual stuff that goes on in the 4th), but they will be up before the 5th... At least in Pacific Standard Time. :P)!

Patreon updated!

As you can see, I've made good on my promise and restructured the Patreon from the ground up! It's not exactly the final version at the moment, but I'm listening to any feedback I can get and taking it seriously.

I'm taking a risk and making it very accessible to get early access to pages and including the monthly wallpapers to the new $1 tier while $3 nets you WIPs of upcoming content!

The old tiers/prices wasn't because I was wanting to be greedy, but at the time, I was trying ...

Patreon restructuring imminent!

Long story short, I'm thinking about completely rearranging the Patreon, and hopefully it will not only  get a bunch of new people in the process, but also give people more bang for their buck. 

I'm basically going to copy Trying Human's Patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/introducingemy ), and crossing my fingers it will pay off.

So, for the first panel, Atari wanted to make it look like one of those courtroom sketches to emphasize this part of the flashback (which is finished now!), and I think it looks pretty neat.

Also, what's wrong, Sam? You act like you've never seen a $500K check before. : P

Chapter 3 Page 33 Final

Sorry for the absence the past week: Atari had to get a tooth extraction, and I was waiting patiently for the fixes for Pages 31 and 32 (which will be reuploaded soon!)

Page 34 is also done for the most part, but there's a couple minor touches it needs before it's ready. I'm trying to be a bit more cautious of what the finished product looks like this time around, even if it's almost 3:30 in the morning. >>

But yeah, sorry again. ^^;

Apologies for the inconsistencies on the last 3 pages!

As some people have pointed out on the ComicFury page, in the part where you've seen Vincent grab Gene's arm, it kept switching from left to right to left again. 

Atari is currently working on editing pages 31-33 to make them consistent and to show that Gene isn't someone with a death wish who constantly changes arms. ;P

I'm pretty sure it would be near impossible to break a promise to someone who saves your life. I mean, when a cybernetic soldier from the future blasts someone who was going to kill you and tells you to come with him if you want to live, chances are that you're gonna come along for a while. 8I

It takes some pretty good strength to pick a a man up from over the edge of a cliff (or in this case, a city landmark), so I imagine it being difficult not to wolf out. ;)

This might be one of my favorite pages of the chapter, funny enough (not sure if I said that before, but if I did, I guess I like stressing it out that tis a good page. XP)

That would've been quite the paradox if Gene wasn't saved there; Sam wouldn't be move to Seattle with him, and thus this comic would've never happened in the first place.
