Name of the Ash Story

The Ash story will be released to Royal Road soon (you will all see the chapters first). I need to decide on the name and there are three main candidates that have survived my overthinking. I want to mention that "Path of Ash" and "Legacy of Ash" already exist and I don't want to use them.

Eventually, this story will end up on Amazon, and in RR fashion, each book doesn't have its own name. The series name is used and a number is added. I plan on doing the same. So whatever is chosen is...

Hey!

I decided to separate the book and audio launches. So, Book 10 will go live this Friday, July 5th. The audio should be ready in late July or early August.

I plan on taking the next couple of days off. I'll start outlines/beats for both the Ash and Book 11 next week. I'll hopefully have some Ash chapters for next Friday, but no promises.

I’m starting my final revision for book 10 now. Please leave a comment, or message me, or ping me on discord, if you find any problems. Meeting this narration deadline was difficult. I’m so happy its almost behind me.

Oh, and when you come across a scene where action is referenced but now shown (there are a couple…one with Ruwen and a god, and one with Ruwen and Bliz) these are opportunities I left myself for short stories and anthologies or just Patron only extras.

Final Book 10 Chapters and Narration

TL;DR

Hi!

Ack! I’m not done with book 10 yet. I’m finishing up the last few chapters, though. That only gives me a week to revise it again before Travis needs it. I’m cutting it close.

Book 10 looks to be between 65 and 70 chapters and around 125k words. This makes it about 20% shorter than the last few books. That 20% got pushed into book 11 for two reasons. It would have muddled the ending of book 10 and I wouldn’t have made my deadline with Travis.
