In episode 1, there were quite a few choices to be made. Some of these choices made the characters behave and react in different ways, often leading into different scenes. There are quite a few consequences implemented in episode 2 but I'm curious to see what the majority of people have gone for.

Hello,
Not much to report this week as I've been doing mostly scene after scene after scene, tying everything together. There's a lot of variety in the scenes, mainly because of the initial complexity I created.
To give you an idea, here's an example of a single scene and which factors I need to keep in mind, depending on how you've made your choices:

I dropped the fight game earlier this week and was overall well received! There were some game-breaking bugs/crashes in some places, but those had been quickly found by the ones who signed up for testing it. All of those have now been fixed.

I'm almost ready with the sparring match. I've got the day off tomorrow and I'll spend it fixing some issues and getting a stand-alone build together for the testers to play around with. I need to configure the starting stats properly, depending on which disicpline you decide to train.
This was an insane amount of work in the end, that I greatly misjudged. To give you an idea, a single fight scenario takes at least a 120 renders, and that's not even taking the unique moves you can lear...

This week I've been cracking on more with the fight system. It's been more work than anticipated but it's progressing. The Standup game and combo selection is completely working, but I didn't get as far with the ground and submission game.
I was contemplating releasing just the standup game for the playtesters, but that alone doesn't quite cut it. I'd rather have you see the complete package to make a better judgement. It's not pretty, but it's working at least.

Last week, I've made some improvements to the "trainer select" screen which now shows a bit more useful information. I don't have all the information in there yet, as it's still a work-in-progress and depends on the various stats the fighting game will provide.

Greetings!
With a lot of characters, come a lot of poses and reactions. I've been setting those very things up this week and just hit render number 70, just for the class introduction scene alone. This number will ramp up slightly as I will start refining and realizing I need a few more different shots to match the dialogue.
Next week I'll be setting up the training sessions. This will split the group as a whole into smaller sub-groups, depending on which disicplines you choose....
