Green Forest 2 Update

Did many new stuff, soon this month the asset should be released, now i will enter in a polishing phase which the focus will be fixing some pixels and adding some variations, still the asset got a quite nice size.

While im working on the characters i started working on a new tileset (called green forest 2) It is time to use my new skills to bring the tilesets to life in new form, most are quite old, they can be used but I will release some new additions to it, I think will be for the best, and of course you can use the one you like the most or mix the both.

A Note of Notice

Hello guys, im sure many of you are waiting for this month newsletter, it became kind of a culture for me to do so but early this month got me stuck in a diferent room because of some renovation and i become temporarily not only a pixelartist but a painter(walls).

NPC Pack for roguelike raven will be released in some days, animated with idle, like the overrall sprites but will expand the asset possibilities! 

Update on Character

Plans has been made, now with a more organized sheet i can easily include more animations, here above some of the next stuff i'm working in this base, its growing and i think that soon enough you can use it for basically anything, at least its my objective

Update on Character Base

I returned at working on the character base after two releases, i finished the idle animation for all directions and also i decided to organize the spritesheet better, in a way that would make a lot easier for you guys to identify each animation and edit it if necessary, you can see in the picture above how I did it and i hope you like it!

I will give more updates soon enough, i have lots of stuff planned!

End of 2022 Newsletter

Hello guys, time for another newsletter. 2022 is over, I did lots of art, and assets and I'm grateful that everything worked so well, thanks to every one that passed and that decided to stay on this road of mine!

I'm also extremely proud of lots of your guys cool projects, I'm sure this new year gonna be the year to push everything even far and I will be here to deliver much stuff to help you achieve it.

So let's remember a bit of what I did in 2022:

New asset incoming

So I decided to start over with the old format but with an upgraded style and size (16x16 to 32x32), to create very complete different packages focusing each time on a different icon set.

I was testing some styles, I think I will stick with this one that includes a drop shadow and dark outline.

This first package will include 16 different swords, each with many different materials, like gold, silver, mithril, etc...

this way we can keep the variety of items that I know many ...

More Icon designs

Making some icons, and trying some stuff, I'm getting the hang of this icon size. 

In the close future, I will start working on a new asset using it :)

Practicing Icon designs

Hello, hope you guys are feeling good, I just started practicing some icon designs from a game I play (league of legends) they have some cool stuff so I'm studying it.

Further, I will bring a new line of icons next year now that I think Raven Fantasy Icons are quite extensive and, well. Time to start over at an even great quality and details (i hope)!

hope also, you guys are eager to see more. At the start of this new pack I will definitely put lots of designs choices in your hand...

So, I took some time to have some fun with the character base to try some designs and look at how it would end and these are some results

Update on Character Animations #2

So let's go. maybe it's not that perceptive but things have changed. I hope for the best lol.

First, The character now is slightly slim compared to before, I received some feedback from you guys that the model was "wide", and considering this model will be used for any type of character I think it's good for it to reach a middle ground.

I did more polishing on the sprite itself but the sword and hoe need more work.

And I added a second strike for the sword for better combo w...

December Newsletter

Hello! Is that time of the month, time for a small summary of the work I did in November and about what you will see in December.

New Tileset Showcase

More images of the new tileset, not much to say apart from what you are seeing but there are some animated tiles, like the toxic and mud pool, the gate, and the fire, it will be released in some days, hope you guys are as eager as i am :D

New Surprise Asset!

So, i challenged myself into a 30 days challenge, in this case to make a 30 creatures battle pack to join the last one as the "Raven Fantasy Battlers 2" this will be an extra along with the tileset i will release this month.
