Next Act will be available next week :)

Act 3 is complete, and now it's time to fine-tune everything and add the last little details. I was able to update the visuals (lighting and colorimetry) as well as certain UI elements. Now I've still got a few more animations to add, so I'll render them in the gallery too. Thank you very much for your patience and I hope you enjoy this next chapter (it sets up elements that will be crucial for the rest of the adventure ;) )

Game WIP

I'm currently implementing the animations and staging. I've also updated the dialogue system, and I'd like to add more choices for players regarding Ayliana's fate (you'll have to find a way to “keep her busy” so that she doesn't realize your true goals, so it's up to you to see what you can do to stop her from bothering you). More visuals will be posted next week of course ;)

WIP animations :)

Here are a few animations for the most impatient among you all. I'm currently implementing the new animations in the game and building Act 3.

I'm trying to give you a bit more choices in some scenes, but it's taking a bit longer to program, and I'm also fixing some other problems that have been raised.

I'll post more visuals next week, of course ;)

Project update and some gifts

A quick update on the game project: I've finally finished writing the script for the next game, including the various animations, the objectives and the new room to be modeled. Next week I'll start working actively on the next chapter.

But I didn't want to leave you with nothing at the end of the month. So I'll have you know that I took some time out of my week's break to do a bit of 2D work (just to clear my head a bit) and found some images that I wanted to see turned into animations....

Back on the video game project for Act3

Back to the game plan. I'm currently writing and setting up the third act. As decided with the last Poll, Act 3 will feature Princess Ayliana and her father. Her father is suffering from a mysterious illness after being bitten by an insect of unknown origin.

He will be taken to the medical cabin for observation, but after giving him water (which the player contaminated in act 1), both the Butaflow toxin and the virus will mutate, causing Ayliana's father's body to transform... What wil...

New video release!

And as a surprise, the new video is here! I spent a lot of time trying to get the lighting and colors right and adding more animations (some were not implemented as it would have made the video a little bit too long I think, also some other scenes have been deleted as it would have been too complexe to add with 3 main characters at the same time). But I'm quite happy with the result. I will take one week off and will start working on the next game chapter next week :)

WIP for the next video

Here are some gifs from the next video. I have now 5/6 animations per character and also sent the script to the voice actress (crossing fingers that she's back from vacation :D ).

But taking the time to do more animations was a good idea, as I've added more poses and added some old monster friends to the mix, I'm not showing everything as it would spoil the fun for everyone!

Once the video will be released I will take couple of days of vacation on my side too and I will start work...

Bad news...

Hi everyone, as you can see from the title I've got a bad news, the actress who usually dubs the videos is not available this month as she's on holiday. As a result, I'm going to continue posting the progress of the video and animations and will have to postpone the release of the next video until next month if I want to release something complete. I'll also post some news about the game project with the latest poll results :) might as well get on with other things in the meantime. Anyway, I'...

Some people sent me the information that they didn't have a PC to play the Stellar Cell 7 demo. So I'm sharing a short walkthrough video I made of the demo. This will also allow you to see a few little secrets for those who didn't find them (the extra scenes in the Pygsarians' cell when Mia is captured and in her room with the Warblins) ;)

I'm preparing another female member to the crew (A woman in charge of the armory, as the other girls start to think that something's wrong in the ship). But then, what would happen, I'll let you decide :)

New Game Version Release !

Ready to go back to the Stellar Cell 7?

This time you'll have to steal the access codes for the captain's computer. The problem is, she always locks her room, so you'll have to find a way to get in. Fortunately, Pigsarian Chief has an idea that involves using the imprisoned Warblins to create a diversion.

Here are the news: I'm just finishing adding the game's new act (with a few little surprises to be found in-game ;) ) the animation is partly finished, but I still need to check the code and add 1/2 scenes. I think I'll be able to release the demo before the end of the month if all goes well :D

I'm also working on next month's video (here are two WIP animations). A few other witches and warriors will be part of the adventure. I'd like to point out that Yen, Triss and Ciri will be in the...

New Poll

Here's the new poll with the new proposals, I confess I have a soft spot for "The Witcher" after reading a comic book about female fighters trying to stop a demonic invasion ;)

Closing the demon portal: A powerful mage attempts to open a portal to a demonic dimension, while several witches and warriors try to close it. But the number of demons blocking the portal is too great, and the only solution seems to be to let some of them in...

Here's the new video, I had to cut certain scenes as it was quite long already but I'm quite happy with the results.

I'll post updates on the video game project in the coming weeks and will post a new poll (was thinking about returning to the Witcher for the next video :) )

Next month's video is coming along nicely, I've already done 8 animations and more are on the way. The actress has sent me the dubbing audio files, and I can now start work on the dialogue scenes.

For the game project, I've already made 16 additional animations (with intensity variations), and the next act is already partly playable.

Next month's video is coming along nicely, the characters are ready (I've given them a look more inspired by Japanese games like Final Fantasy since I was asked to :) ), I'm going to send the script to the voice actress and I've already started on several animations.

New Game Build Release

And here, at last, is the demo of the new game project - think of it as a "proof of concept". The demo is quite short, but will allow me to see what works and what doesn't, and what to improve for the next chapters :)

Project Update

Hi everyone, here are the latest news:

The demo for the next game project will be released this weekend, and will only include the first act of the game (With a chapter selection option when the story will get longer and also a Gallery- the first portion is unlocked right from the start for the most impatients of you, but the others will have to be unlocked by finishing the acts and chapters). I've already started on the second act, but realistically I won't be able to get it out before...

New Poll time !

And here's the new poll, I've added a new idea for the witcher :) I'm still working on the video game and I think I'll be able to release the first part at the end of the month. In the meantime, you can vote for your favorite idea, which will give me time to polish the assets. Thanks again for your support!

And here's the new video, where MJ didn't check out the casting ad at all... she would have known the place wasn't set up for that kind of activity at all, and Venom is going to take full advantage of it.

Next month I'll be sharing the new game demo I'm developing, and then I'll be sharing a new poll next month with new proposals of course :)

Projects updates :)

Hi everyone, the Spider Man video project is still progressing (even if I might be a little late for delivery because the dubbing actress had a little problem and so I'll receive the files a little late, it's not catastrophic but it might take me a little extra week to get the face animation and audio integration right).

In the meantime, I've taken into consideration all the feedback concerning the video game project, and what came up most often was that the fact of unlocking...

Modeling of the two main characters is almost complete. I hesitated between several scenarios, but I think I'm on the right track. I'll see about trying something different with the fact that Venom can change shape ;)
