Thought I'd share a little bit of the progress. Getting close to finishing. Attached a little mp4 video. Got the feathers moving. Gonna animate some more of her face, legs and feet, along with some effects like steam.

So I'm about to start animating Pecan for the tier exclusive. Thought I'd show some preview stuff. I've got some different faces I'll be using, Feet wiggling, and I think I'll have a feather down below tickling her crotch. X-D I also did some work with the eyes so I can show the whole cornea.

Whoo....I gotta be honest...I forgot how time consuming it is to character animate in After Effects. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use this method in the future. Actually doing step by step drawn animation goes faster, and gives better results imo. We'll see.

Hey Patrons! Thought I'd show this. I'm about to take Pecan into After Effects to start animating. Here's how she looks with all of her puppet parts broken up. X-D I think her hair is gonna be the trickiest part. I want it to be flowing like it's being blown. Lots of parts to it.

This month's Pens & Feathers, might, take an extra day or two because...I've finally gotten a new desktop pc (after 15 years of not having one. I always had the one at my former job)...and now I can start using photoshop, and After Effects again. Which means...instead of just the drawings for the P&F episode...I wanna get back into doing animation.
Plus now I can record the process instead of just dissolving between still images...
