Valentine's 2024: Julie

A couple days late, but it's finally ready!  Julie was far and away the winner for 2023 Character of the Year.  I thought Dana might bump her, and maybe if the poll had been taken closer to the release of CroMagna's Revenge she might have stood a chance, but she tied for distant second with Meg.  Even their votes combined would not have been enough to catch Julie.  

Anyway, as is tradition, here's Julie all dressed up for Valentine's Day!  Red is her main color ...

Rough Cut: Green Target

Got an idea for a sequence in my head that wouldn’t let go.    Decided to try a quick sketch approach.  Inspired by an episode of another classic TV series that I thought made for a good shulkout setup.  Lieutenant Jennifer Walters stumbles across a plot to sell weapons to a foreign power, but is caught by the conspirators and locked in a derelict tank being used for target practice on the artillery range!
