and regarding the Government’s encroachment onto our territory, we have come to the decision that, for the time being, we should continue to thwart any attacks, but should still do all in our power to avoid an all-out war. We don’t have the numbers, or military prowess. But that’s not to say that we would give in to them, should it come to that. If war was what they wanted, we wouldn’t not hesitate to rise up to meet them.
