Okay so I looked over my story and notes for Sins and Paradise, and we do in fact have a scene where Hyper wears a police uniform for a disguise. I've taken liberties to discuss with friends about the situation. They all agreed that the context in which everything takes place makes sense.
I don't want anyone to feel offended, or scared off by a scene that is short in the grand scheme of things; HOWEVER, I am open to discuss ...

I've decided to keep the old design for Wingo.
So this bad boy isn't going anywhere:
