Wanted to work off a more unusual starting figure. Been trying to type out the scenario but the upload form is glitchy.
The idea: You start dating a coworker. She hates her giant breasts, having always felt they were disproportionate to the rest of her. After dating a bit you propose a solution to make her figure more balanced. She’s skeptical at first, but eventually she becomes equally enthusiastic to your efforts.

Was toying with the idea of a para-symbiotic psychic alien type thing that relies on humans/hosts to produce their food. They basically stay like eternal immortal baby-like creatures and have a field of influence that messes with their host’s hormones and mental state to make them feel like their pregnant and so they start eating more, producing milk, etc.
