Golden Hour
It's a thing. Usually I am not a fan of it, but at the lake, I am all about it.
Everything is subjective, and I used to have this attitude towards, wait til Golden Hour to shoot. I still do. I shoot all day. Sure the general recommendations of avoiding the high sun mid day are warranted, I love shooting then because you can get some great light as long as you pay attention to your subject, and protect their eyes. The Contrast. It isn't for everything though.

Birthday Week
Was a really great weekend!
Shot with Kate Sweeney yesterday a few places in town and at the lake for a fabulous sunset.
Not shooting much this week to get caught up and relax some.

Few weeks ago. Been working with Cat for a few years and she's always so great!

Spent the weekend shooting Renee King. Started out in Covington Ky, then a night in Columbus. Going to do a set in reverse chronological order of our time together.
It has been 12 years I have been shooting her and it's been amazing.

I asked her if I could take her photo, and she said she had been following me. Turns out I was following her.
