TKLFest 2022 #1

Jin and the Smoke Monster

I wasn't a watcher of the show Lost but back in 2010 a friend of mine requested a piece featuring Jin played by Daniel Dae Kim because he really liked the actor. I thought it would be clever to have him tickled by wispy tentacles from the Smoke Monster from the show. "Jin and the Smoke Monster" was the result! It's definitely an unusual sort of Tickle Monster. Hope you enjoy this look back!

Vultan's Torment

Well here it is, folks! This has become one of my new favorite drawings. Everyone who knows me well knows I'm a bear chaser. Looking back at Brian Blessed in that Vultan outfit, I think I can see the origins of that predilection: a giant hairy bear in an outfit covered in feathers with a huge booming laugh? SCHWING! Thrown to the Wolves

"Thrown to the Wolves" was a drawing from 2010 that I did as a commission for someone who had a very specific furry fantasy: to be tickled BY furries. Crushing DeFEET

There seems to be a decent amount of crossover between macrophilia, foot fetishism and tickling. I had that in mind when I drew "Crushing DeFEET" in 2010 which depicts a muscular hero trying to keep a giant's enormous foot from squishing him. However, two mischievous goblins have other ideas: they gently tickle the hero's armpits with feathers, trying to weaken him. Someone recently suggested Skeletor as a potential tickle victim and I thought it was kind of an odd choice...until I saw another artist who had made a photo composite piece on DeviantArt of the skull-faced bad guy with very sexy blue feet. This was a drawing I did in 2009 of a guy who was a member of the TMF and a fan of my work who went by TickleKat. He was mostly str8, but had some fantasies about tickling men's feet. Someone recently suggested that Snidely Whiplash would make a good tickle victim. While I don't know of any instances where he tickled someone, he IS one of the earliest mustache-twirling villains who most certainly deserves it. Dudley Do-Right was giving him a taste of his own medicine by lashing him to the train tracks, but then couldn't resist pulling off his boots and giving him a little feather tickling! It's no secret that I love the bears, and I always thought Bob Hoskins was very sexy. However, this is also a drawing that sprang from what I thought was a funny title: "Hoskins Feathered". Serial Tickler

I have to admit that I didn't watch the series Dexter as I'm not a huge fan of violent crime drama. Back in 2009 someone requested I draw him tickling the character Doakes from the series and, I have to admit, I did find the whole saran mummification a bit exciting.
