Studio session in soft light

Phew! This session! My client came in from NC wanting to document where she is in her body before marriage and children. I will never forget the magic we created together. I'm going to have to break this session into sets because each set deserves its own spotlight.

Ethereal Renaissance Inspired Boudoir Session

I can't tell you enough how great it feels to be able to share my work without the hassle of censoring. This session with Maria was a DREAM. We created a moodboard together and then on shoot day we decided to scrap it and follow our gut. Our gut led to this beauty.

These photos were taken at my studio with natural window light and a hand painted canvas.

Sessions for the Soul with J. pt2

"Booking a boudoir session with Rebecca was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Rebecca made me feel comfortable, and safe; before, during, and after the session. She hypes you up every minute! It’s so much fun.

Before the session started, I was very nervous because it was my first boudoir session. I didn't know how to pose, and I didn't bring any outfits. Thankfully, Rebecca has an amazing wardrobe.

After the session, I was amazed, shocked, and said, “Wow. ...

Sultry Vampy Inspired Session

I have worked with Ashley many times and call her my “Muse”. She is someone who I can pitch any idea to and she is on board and ready to create. I had a vision of Valentine’s Day meets Queen of the Damned. My goal with this boudoir session was to try lighting that is out of my comfort zone. For this session I used 3 LED constant lights. One on each side of the backdrop and another facing her on the left.

I couldn't think of a better way to style and light this session. It exudes f...

Self-Portraits in my Richmond studio

As a boudoir photographer, I find it so important to get in front of the camera and experience all of the feels that my clients do. If I don’t know how something feels, how can I truly expect to give clients an experience that is supportive of their emotions and needs?

This set was very unplanned and unexpected. I was at the studio organizing the client closet. I was in a blah mood about myself. Ya know, hormones! I put on some lingerie and instantly felt my mood changing. Admiring my...

Fine Art Nude Bridal Portrait Session

Timeless bridal boudoir session? Yes, please! My client wanted a boudoir session to gift her fiancé on their wedding day. She expressed that while the album was for him, the session was for her. That is music to my ears. We went for a classic black backdrop, a veil we used as flows fabric and nothing but her engagement ring on.

Direct Flash Boudoir

Direct flash set with my muse Mari. We pulled the sheer top from my client closet and she brought these amazing, fun pants with her to the studio. The vibe called for direct flash.
