The movie theater rabbit hole in Growing Together was wonderful... except for the inability to access those movies anywhere besides that one lot in San Sequoia. So I fixed that by creating two items: one is the movie theater marquee extracted from the movie theater building and the other is a movie poster.
Both the poster and marquee function the exact same as the movie theater in San Sequoia with the ability to place on any lot and remain functional!

I loved the beachy/boardwalk vibe of the world for the new Growing Together pack so I pulled out all the signage I could so you could all recreate your own storefronts! There are a lot of signs for both the front of stores and a few decals to use on walls or windows (BGC shhhhhhh).

A question that I get asked more than anything else is if I can add screenshots to the Photographic Memory Mod. I so wish I could do this, but it seems almost impossible even after asking other creators for help. So I thought I could show you all a quick and easy way to add your screenshots (or any image) to in game objects.

There were so many great items with the new Growing Together pack! I loved the little big cork board with kids art but it is limited in use. So I pulled all the drawings off and made each one a separate object. Nothing too exciting but I love, love some of these artworks - especially the ones with the hand prints! Since it took a bit of work to separate these I made them BGC (shhhh!).

My version of the OMSP+ has been a work in progress for years - I actually showed the original version of this in my very first livestream in February 2021!

Simple set for you today and is object-based (instead of tuning heavy) which I haven't made in a long time!
Whenever you aren't using it, it visually looks like an art print, but when your sims wants to watch TV it is a fully functional TV. If you just like to build houses, the initial placement looks like the art print! It only changes to a TV in live mode when actively watching it.

This set is not as big as I had originally planned, but for the sake of finishing it I am going to release it with the items I have done. I plan to do a much larger set for Passover!

UPDATE 11/28/22:
I have released an updated version 1.0.1 that changes how the newspapers are stored in your sim's inventory. My sister has been testing this for over a week and she said it was super annoying to have so many newspapers in her inventory. So now all expired newspapers "stack" in one cell (so you can sell/dispose of them all at once) and any current newspapers will be in their own inventory slot. Quick, simple mod for you simmies today!
The cheer mats from High School Stories simplified & made invisible - both for solo and group options! The visible option is just the corners of the mat taped, but you can completely hide it at anytime by clicking on the mat in live mode.
All interactions can be performed even when the mats are hidden. The mats also do not cause any routing issues and are just like if you placed a rug!
