Sorry couldn't get much done today. Real life has a way of demanding all your time sometimes. But it'll take more than that to stop me from making a daily post!
My model knows 0 western characters so results vary greatly based on character Loras. Just in case anyone asks why they look so different! It also effects outputs, some Lora's.. Aren't as stable as others.
The Rapunzel/Gothel ones are extraordinary though! I think it's given me a few ideas..

I was expecting something more consistent. only 13 successful gens out of like 60. Which is pretty much the same error rate as before.
Turns out switching models for this, doesn't really matter since it's still illustrious based. I guess that's obvious idk what I was thinking.
I need Ponyv7 already! Flux models are super interesting and would allow a new level of creative freedom! I need itttttt

Also new model is great! Errors/weird artifacts have gone done from like 10-20% to maybe 5%
I'm most excited to see how it handles duo's. But there's still a lot of solo Mirko on the way!
As usual the test images, I always upload these when switching model. You can see the first images are always 'off' as I need to adjust a few settings, samplers, sliders and whatnot.
But by the time you reach Raven, you'll see the where I've landed. I hope you like it as much as I do!
I'll still play around with a few things see if I can improve it even more but this seems like a good new level to stay at for a bit.

Since I like the current style for now, I'm mostly switching for the potential benefits in speed, stability, poses, etc.
Also sorry about going quiet on the videogen stuff for a while. Right now I'm still wondering if 20~ minutes for a single, short 4 ...
