I Got Sidetracked

Between work on commissions and patreon illustrations I have been tinkering with a personal illustration that I think I might use as a patreon image aside from the ones you all have already voted for. Ultimately its been an exercise in some line art and perspective exercises so I can get back to being comfortable with angles and complex, structured backgrounds again.

Got me thinking about Barria's room and the apartment she shares with Kat some. I imagine Barria having a lot of reference mater...

September Art Dump (My God, it's Full of Gestures)

New Month and Weekend Update

I'm posting this one a little earlier in the day than usual because I want to get back to trying to catch up on all of the work I fell behind on last month. While I am definitely proud of getting the work finished on the first comic; the fact that I fell behind on commissions and even the patreon reward is pretty unacceptable to me - so I would like to get those cleared up as soon as possible and start this month on a strong forward momentum.

The host of Tower's Punishment Game is as notoriously unbeatable: her persona as the show's villain is accentuated by her seemingly unbeatable skill with every game presented. An unbeatable villain who forces the loosers of the webcast to take part in embarrassing pranks when they fail a challenge is just begging to attract a special kind of attention in the NEU.

Cupup Final Version!

The completed version of the first NEU comic is completed wait for applause smile.

The comic is a join venture by Will Muzzi and myself and honestly I am pretty proud of it - Will's work really cleaned it up and made it a lot prettier than it would have been otherwise. If you have been waiting for it to be completed: good choice this is the best version.

Doing the weekly update thing a bit early in the hopes it will help break me out of this rut that started at the end of last month. I'm pretty behind on commissions at this point and I really need to knock myself out of it.

Cup Up Cakes, the first NEU comic, is basically done. Just the cover needs to be finished and the insides made all pretty-like. A collaborative project by Will Muzzi and myself - I've sent it off to him to fix up the lettering and do shading on the colors so sometime...next...

Cup Up Preview IN COLOR!

Not super exciting considering you guys have already seen the page pencils: but hey, color phase underway. While I am not happy with my performance on commissions last month, the progress on NEU is encouraging (and gives me hope for getting some real headway on Shadowlark this month so I can keep my plan of returning to it before the end).
