Another one of Charity's acquaintances. She's blind and can vaguely hear Meagan talking, much to Charity and Meagan's shock.
She has frequently poked Charity with her blind cane to "see" if she gained weight again (she has).
I might redesign her blind cane. I'd like something more fancy for her, though I don't want it to lose functionality in the process, and recognizability seems pretty useful...
Haven't figured out her name yet, I'll need to finalize her look and behaviour...
