I keep wondering if these look good colored with the comic-panel-like frame xd Tried cropping it to see the difference but then you lose so much of Stitch's head and I think having him come out of the picture to make him feel big still has some value.

Last of the Stitch doodles I've had lying around, had almost become a YCH candidate but naaah, took the Sandy one instead. I don't know, doodling Stitch is just a lot of fun, giving him some evil faces is the best~

Deer Noms - WIP

A dropped commission due to some financial problems, still quickly took 30 mins to polish it a bit and make it presentable xd Was both looking forward to this one but also a bit relieved to have less work, starting to really need a break again xd

Monstrified

Now I've reached the point where I pretty much just colored this cause the sketch got a lot of likes xd But nah, couldn't quite decide what to color for the month and a lot of you liked this one, so here you go~

Another nighttime doodle, always one of my favorites, plus a rare blue maw cause it fit so well here. Ususally not a fan of blue maws cause, even if they look awesome, they look cold x3 But here it fits the mood.

Cinderpawb - WIP

An interesting one, where, since I've already done a paw squish with a sitting pose prior to this one, we went with a standing pose, but then decided to just shift the focus completely on the paw and have Cinder just on the side in a normal standing position. But I still like how this one turned out a lot as well.

Slipped - WIP

Thought this would be a cool idea to show any "rejected" commission sketches, so you guys see a bit of the behind the scenes stuff and I have a bit more doodles to post xd

I say "rejected" cause this one was technically given the OK, but I was asked to go for a slightly lower camera angle with a bit more focus on the chest + small dude.

Gonna show you an atually completely reworked one next week and, since one commissioner had to drop their picture due to sudden financial problems...

Monstrified

Doodled a slightly more spoopy Poki this time around, finding himself a tad bigger than the day before, with the urge to make use of that huge maw of his~ No smol mons were hurt during the making of this picture, though some are still missing xd

Was a fun one, also taking an original chibi-like design and giving it a lot more defined body is always entertaining as well. Very buff boi~

He may look scary and intimidating, but he's still best bro for his little sis who I guess just stayed small or hasn't grown up yet. Also yay for more shoulder rides, best way of travel for tinies~

I was incredibly torn on this one cause it was supposed to be night time, cause I reeeaaally love working with night time pics and all the blue that comes with it, but I really gotta practice daytime too so I switched in the middle and had to redo a lot xd I think it's just that daytime looks so "bland" to me, but that might be my own fault for not being able to make it look anymore interesting.

Minor stomping accident, but it's her own fault for being so stompable, say experts.

Was kinda inspired by the last Stitch picture that got transferred to FA. Got another that I don't know yet whether to finish or turn into a YCH maybe, so that one stays hidden for now xd Also I know he has different paws in the original, but I'm pretty happy with my own paw style, they kinda fit pretty much anyone x3

Slurped Away

Another rough one that I don't wanna greyscale or anything. Doesn't look too terrible cause I went for max paper textures anyway, works out really well for the sketchy-feeling. Also couldn't be bothered to give Bill his proper face x3 Now he's just a little kitty, wishing he wasn't stuck between a couple big wolf lips.

Not been feeling too well this week, so I'll give you two pretty rough sketches that I don't plan on finishing anymore, rather than forcing myself to finish anything.

Crushing Defeat

Big doggo having found himself a tiny cushion to rest on. Insert joke on how Fire is effective against Steel. Is that even accurate? It's been so long, I can't remember xd 

Been a while since I just did a greyscaled one. Have added a lot of color to everything lately, but decided to take it easy on this random little doodle. Plus then I could actually add a background and not worry about the colors on them for once x3

Wanted to color this for FA at first, but now I'm already concentrating on the new Schwarzpelz chapter, so I just polished this a bit as a sketch, probably not adding colors anymore. 

Anyway, little buisnack enjoying his time as food, relaxed and comfy in his friend's belly, probably staying overy night~ Just gotta make sure he doesn't get lost, it's a very long snekgirl~

Hawt Maw

Since I already posted some colored stuff this month, the finished version of this will go up over on FA and you'll have the sketch as a little bonus~

Just friendly, ever so slightly rough noms between friends. Gotta love having a buddy big enough to be food for. You guys gonna love the colors. Lots of red in this one, was fun to really turn up the heat.

Powerwashed

Finally started doodling some Ranga sketches~ Somewhat of a first warm-up doodle to get used to his face a bit, got a similar one coming up over on FA soon. But yeah, another big woof enjoying having the people he loves in his mouf. Where all people belong, let's be honest. Not sure how much a slime is in need of occasional baths, but he does look pretty tasty as he is~ Big guy wouldn't swallow though, unless he were asked to, of course~

Fluffy Snack

Was fun to color, cause I got apparently better at just not caring a lot x3 Which is more positive than it sounds. Similarily to the greyscaling in the Schwarzi Manga I just try not to get stuck with details anymore and get paranoid about them, at least not for silly quick doodles like this one. Just a big juicy maw, throw someone in there, and done, moving on the next one. Been having a lot of fun with that approach this week~

Fluffy Lunch

Been craving some more.. just raw nom scenes I guess. Plus trying out new characters is fun as well. Though I'm not too much of a fan of this one after all x3 It falls in the this-head-shape-makes-no-sense-to-me category. Though it does have a nicely huge maw to fit in a big tongue and a tiny snack as well. Also added a good amount of drool this time for the colored version.

Very fun doodle all in all, wanna make more just maw-focused pics in the near future~

Noone Will Know

Tayl (big) and Myu (totally invisible) on a walk.

Didn't even want any background here at all, but you doodle one rooftop and a tree and bam, might as well add an entire village. Also I keep gravitating towards a more adult looking Tayl as opposed to what I have on her ref sheet, same for Myu for some reason, when he's actually visible xd

Anyway, surely noone will ever figure out his master plan, for he is perfectly hidden~

Tried out a few things, mainly jumping from greyscales to colors again, and I guess for these kinda less detailled pics it works out well enough. Just if I intended colors from the get go it would probably look a bit better x3

RUMBLE Ball

Something I've been wanting to doodle ever since I came to FA, big Chopper using the planet as a rumble ball. Just haven't been confident with it back then, plus after a while I started enjoying the series less and less so I kinda forgot about it xd

Drew the teeth way more comic-esque than usual and honestly it was fun to try and fits his original design more. Like the original original, when he was actually badass and not just a mascot xd

Big powerful gulp, gets all food down reliably~ Probably just my 2nd favorite panel in this comic though, middle panel in page 2 is just <3

Also keeping it very lighthearted, as per usual, having Pachi just being mildly annoyed and still snacking quietly on his little berry, waiting to be let out again~

Very fun comic, will see if I can actually get the whole thing colored. Sucks that things are work xd

Big kittie seems to have snacked on someone while noone was looking. Should have gotten rid of all evidence before let you someone else in there though. 

Really loving this kinda dynamic in macro micro relations where the size difference doesn't really change how they speak to each other. Tayl gotta accept any and all repercussions, plus now someone has to get in there to help xd

This is definitely the kinda style I'm comfortable with these days, thick lines and popping colors which go well together and crisp shading layers and lights. Knowing what you want and how you can get there helps a ton when starting any drawing.
