Mei was one of the characters who fell victim to Madara's Infinite Tsukuyomi and was trapped inside a genjutsu by the holy tree.. This was taylor-made for a WHAT IF.

As for Version 2.. well Kaguya consumed the fruit of the God Tree and was the first wielder of chakra on Earth. So it inspired me to also give her Tsunade's Hundred Healings Jutsu in her own style~
