SBQ Mostly stable weekly 2.8i

God I feel so fucking close this one has to be it

Proofreading has gone further, I spent several hours over four days doing dialogue proofreading myself and got about halfway through the file myself before I burnt out, and then Helena and Zovoroth pitched in to do some more of it, but theres still a bit left to do (there are over 7000 lines of dialogue total)

So many bugs were hunted down by Zovoroth last week which I fixed right away, and theres just a large list

Never thought I'd get this far in the alphabet but we're probably done with 2.8 after I finish proofreading, as the only issues found between this week and the last, were very minor ones

NPCs shouldn't break on climax now

Stats readout tab has been removed so it doesn't eat all the lua instructions when a settings tab is opened

You should be able to ask a pred to let their prey out now

willing NPC prey should attempt to struggle out of other NPCs after a bit rather than staying forever

Do remember that these are unstable and may have potential issues!

Good news finally

The videos got age restricted after I complained to TeamYoutube’s official twitter, and that seems to have gotten an actual human to look at it much quicker and go “yeah this is fetish content”

I’m not going to be too hasty, because they can make appeals and you just fucking know this guy is going to try and appeal, so I’m going to wait a week before re-opening the public git repository downloads, just incase, but thank goodness thats a great stress relief

As for work on SBQ 2.8

since I forgot to post about it here while I was under stress

with the help of others, the minimum required of all the new dialogue for NPCs has been filled out, theres some more lines for personalities that could be filled out, but thats not explicitly necessary, as even in the past versions, each personality didn't have entirely unique lines

Musings to keep people in the loop

So, I’m at a point where the next version will likely be another complete rewrite of the mod’s code, I did a rewrite of the code handling NPC dialogue this update to do it a lot better

however looking at a lot of the other code has made me realize how antiquated it is and how it could be handled better

halve the occupancy sizes?

this is in regards to the player vore state, the occupancy sizes for the other playable things won't be modified by this change

currently, belly has two fill levels, 1 and 2
the weekly adds 0.5 and 1.5

I am going to be adding some larger belly sprites for more fill levels, but I have seen regards that the fill levels of current are too small for how much they've been filled, so I'm putting this out there
