Apologies for the delay in the completion of this drawing. I added more from the original sketch and that took more time. I genuinely have no excuse for having not drawn Mayor Shelbourne this entire time. He's where I got my username from and someone I can credit was an important part of my awakening. Amusement Park Date - Another Update

Here's another update on this project. I'm basically at the halfway point. I have 9-10 parts planned.

So far you have only seen the linework because my goal is to complete the linework for each part and then go back and add color and panel with text. But by completing the linework first then I will ensure that I stick with this project and don't call it quits.

Bubba's son, Luther, really takes after his old man. Heck, he's even heavier than Bubba was back when he played college ball. Very pleased with how this came out and I'm happy I made Bubba oh so fat. However, I'm very much not looking forward to having to color this one haha. I'm even trying to write a little short story to go along with it. 

This story follows Bubba returning to his college to be recognized for a Jersey Retirement ceremony. However, he's gotten so fat that he is unrecognizable.

I know that's borderline blasphemous for me to say, but part of me wonders if his sizing and angle just makes him so fat to a point where the appeal is gone?
