Belugania had a whimsical idea, that some sort of pilgrim or traveler happened upon a dragon's shrine, made an offering, and thus transformed INTO the big blue fella you see before you!~ Really enjoyed painting the magical effects here~ He looks real happy to finally be able to see the world and walk among people~ There's two versions of this file, too: one with the clothes, and one naked!
