Salutations, Titans. First of all, my apologies for not streaming for a while. It's been difficult to find time in my schedule to do it. I perhaps naively thought I'd be able to keep it up weekly. I will do my best to keep it up whenever I can! And secondly, another apology - this stream just cuts out abruptly at the end. I don't know why but YouTube just ended my stream without warning. I'm looking into what happened, and will work to make sure it doesn't happen again on future streams.

I'm colorizing SPOILED quite a bit lately. I guess I just enjoy returning to these characters (even if Mr Kingfisher isn't exactly the nicest of guys, haha). I was always pretty happy with his design, so it's been in my mind to add color to the huge man for quite some time.

As you can see, I briefly flirted with showed Joe in his garage, kicking back and snacking, but something about the fridge scene appealed to me, so I returned to the idea I'd had in part 1 where I was going to show Carl looking into the microwave from the perspective of inside the microwave, and I repurposed that idea into Joe and the fridge.

Though I tend to keep background details minimal because I always want the big men to be the stars of the show, the buffet image still demanded a lot of my time because of the dads themselves - just getting them to look right. Fat Dad Club, part 1: Sketches

It feels good to be posting new sketches for a brand new story! On Carl's solo picture, I toyed with the idea of having the 'camera' in the microwave while he stares in with Spot, but ultimately this felt too close to his character sheet pose, which we've already seen. Plus I thought a reclining fat dad rubbing his belly and eating dinner was bound to go down pretty well in the wider gainer community haha.
