We recorded the creation of a piece of artwork for this month's theme, and considered releasing it as a real-time video, but thought several hours of footage might not suit everyone's schedule!
So instead we condensed it down to under 5 minutes, so you can see how the artwork is built up in layers using the free open-source painting program Krita.
Though you probably don't need much inspiration for colour scheme with a security force, Sonic Sledgehammer has some nice tips for speeding up painting and focusing on details that make the mini pop. And we always like a bit of shield writing, feel free to submit your best acronyms... :P
