Welcome back to another weekly report! The last few days I've been working mainly on the new chapter of Young Again, and luckily I was able to make a lot of progress.

Even though there's still a lot to do, I've already added 5 new erotic scenes to the gallery, so you can imagine that chapter 7 will have a lot of action for our protagonist.

As for the percentage of progress, we can safely say that we have already surpassed 50% of the development of the new chapter, as there are already 250 images and several animations ready for the new release.

There has also been progress with translations into new languages, some of the translators have already sent me some of their work to be included in the game.

There is still a lot of work to do, but every day we are one step closer to the new release, and this chapter 7 looks to be really amazing =)

¡Bienvenidos a otro reporte semanal! Los últimos días he estado trabajando principalmente en el nuevo capítulo de Young Again, y por suerte he podido avanzar bastante.

Aunque todavía queda mucho por hacer, ya he añadido 5 nuevas escenas eróticas a la galería, así que pueden imaginarse que el capítulo 7 tendrá mucha acción para nuestro protagonista.

En cuanto a los porcentajes de avance, podemos decir sin temor a equivocarme que ya hemos superado el 50% del desarrollo del nuevo capítulo, pues ya hay listas 250 imágenes y varias animaciones para el nuevo capítulo.

También se ha avanzado con las traducciones a nuevos idiomas, algunos de los traductores ya me han enviado algunos de sus trabajos para incluirlos en el juego.

Todavía queda mucho trabajo por hacer, pero cada día estamos un paso más cerca del nuevo capítulo, y este capítulo 7 tiene pinta de ser realmente increíble =)

Despite being fully involved in the Rovering to Sussex release, I have not stopped working on Young Again and, in fact, I've been able to make good progress on Chapter 7. 

I have some news, I've been in contact with some translators to add more languages to the game. My intention is that chapter 7 will not only come in English and Spanish, but in as many languages as possible. It's a difficult job, as I have to coordinate with a lot of new people, but, for now, the conversations were very positive.

As for the progress of the chapter, I already have half of the script written and 200 images ready, which I estimate to be a third of chapter 7.

By the way, if anyone wants to collaborate with the translation in any language, you can contact me by Discord to organize it.

Oh, one last thing : Don't forget to visit this page next week, as I plan to share with you a new set of 4K renders of the month.

A pesar de estar metido de lleno en el lanzamiento de Rovering to Sussex, no he dejado de trabajar en Young Again y, de hecho, he podido avanzar bastante en el capítulo 7. 

Tengo novedades, he estado en contacto con algunos traductores para añadir más idiomas al juego. Mi intención es que el capítulo 7 no sólo esté en inglés y español, sino en tantos idiomas como sea posible. Es un trabajo difícil, ya que tengo que coordinarme con mucha gente nueva, pero, por ahora, las conversaciones han sido muy positivas.

En cuanto al progreso del capítulo, ya tengo la mitad del guión escrito y 200 imágenes listas, lo que estimo que son un tercio del capítulo 7.

Just a few more days until the complete Chapter 3 of Rovering to Sussex will be released!

There is only one week left for the launch of the Early Release of Rovering to Sussex, and fortunately everything related to that release is taken care of. This has allowed me to work fully on the new chapter of Young Again.

As you can imagine if you finished chapter 6 (spoilers ahead), chapter 7 starts with the scene at Emma's house (if you follow the romantic path with her) and we will find out what was the surprise she had waiting for us at her house. Well, these days I've been working on this scene and it's looking fantastic.

One thing I realize is that we're pretty close to the end of the story. You know I write chapter by chapter so things can change, but if everything goes as planned, my idea is that this chapter 7 will set everything up for the final chapter, which will be chapter 8. This means that we only have two chapters left to reach the end of Young Again!

But don't worry, I know many will wish the story would never end, but being able to get to the end of the story is a very good thing. First of all, because dragging things out too long will ruin them (we can see this in many TV series), and it will also give me the opportunity to start a new game.

I actually have two very exciting ideas for two different games, when the time comes I'll give you a little summary of each one so you can choose which one we do first.

And by the way, just because Young Again is over doesn't mean we'll never see anything of Ruby or Emma again. One idea I have in my head is to make a remastered version of the first season, improving and adding things especially in the early chapters, where I was just starting to understand this world of visual novels and I made a lot of mistakes and horrible renders, haha, but well... that's something for the future.

What you can be sure of is that the new game I will make will respect the spirit of Young Again, so you can be confident that if you are a Young Again fan, you will definitely enjoy the upcoming project.

Sólo queda una semana para el lanzamiento de la Early Release de Rovering to Sussex, y por suerte todo lo relacionado con ese lanzamiento está listo. Esto me ha permitido trabajar de lleno en el nuevo capítulo de Young Again.

Como se imaginarán si terminaron el capítulo 6 (spoilers adelante), el capítulo 7 comienza con la escena en la casa de Emma (si siguen el camino romántico con ella) y descubriremos cuál era la sorpresa que nos tenía preparada en su casa. Bueno, estos días he estado trabajando en esta escena y está quedando fantástica.

Una cosa de la que me doy cuenta es que estamos bastante cerca del final de la historia. Ya saben que escribo capítulo por capítulo así que las cosas pueden cambiar, pero si todo sale como lo planeo, mi idea es que este capítulo 7 prepare todo para el capítulo final, que será el capítulo 8. ¡Esto significa que sólo nos quedan dos capítulos para llegar al final de Young Again!

Pero no se preocupen, sé que muchos desearian que la historia nunca terminara, pero poder llegar al final de la historia es algo muy bueno. En primer lugar, porque alargar las cosas demasiado puede arruinarlas (podemos ver esto en muchas series de televisión), y también me dará la oportunidad de empezar un nuevo juego.

De hecho, tengo dos ideas muy interesantes para dos juegos diferentes, cuando llegue el momento les haré un pequeño resumen de cada uno para que puedan elegir cuál hacemos primero.

Y por cierto, que Young Again se acabe no significa que no volvamos a ver nunca más nada de Ruby o Emma. Una idea que tengo en la cabeza es hacer una versión remasterizada de la primera temporada, mejorando y añadiendo cosas sobre todo en los primeros capítulos, donde estaba empezando a entender este mundillo de las novelas visuales y cometí muchos errores y renders horribles, jaja, pero bueno... eso es algo para el futuro.

De lo que pueden estar seguros es de que el nuevo juego que comience respetará el espíritu de Young Again, así que pueden confiar en que si son fans de Young Again, definitivamente disfrutarán del próximo proyecto.

Welcome to another weekly report! It's been a while since I wrote one, but now it's time to get back to work.

I have to admit that I haven't made much progress on the upcoming chapter in the last few days, as I took advantage of the end of the previous chapter to update my programs to their latest versions (always a bad idea to do that in the middle of chapter development), and I bought new plugins and programs to improve my skills, so I also spent several days learning about these new stuff.

However, despite all this, I can confirm that the development of chapter 7 has already started. Mainly I've been writing the script, although I've already done some renders and they look really nice.

Before I finish, I want to tell you that I'm also working on a new series for the 4K Renders of the Month (I haven't done one in a long time), and since we just released the YA chapter and we're a few days away from the release of RtS, I thought it would be a good idea to make a series with girls from both games, it could be interesting, right?. My idea is to release these special renders after the release of RtS, since that's the priority now.

Bienvenidos a otro informe semanal. Hacía tiempo que no escribía uno, pero ya es hora de volver al trabajo.

Tengo que admitir que en los últimos días no he avanzado mucho en el próximo capítulo, ya que aproveché el final del capítulo anterior para actualizar mis programas a sus últimas versiones (siempre es mala idea hacerlo en medio del desarrollo de un capítulo), y compré nuevos plugins y programas para mejorar mis habilidades, así que también pasé varios días aprendiendo sobre estas nuevas cosas.

Sin embargo, a pesar de todo esto, puedo confirmar que el desarrollo del capítulo 7 ya ha comenzado. Principalmente he estado escribiendo el guión, aunque ya he hecho algunos renders y tienen muy buena pinta.

Antes de terminar, quiero contarles que también estoy trabajando en una nueva serie para los Renders 4K del Mes (hace mucho que no hago uno), y como acabamos de lanzar el capítulo YA y estamos a pocos días del lanzamiento de RtS, pensé que sería una buena idea hacer una serie con chicas de ambos juegos, podría ser interesante, ¿no? Mi idea es lanzar estos renders especiales después del lanzamiento de RtS, ya que esa es la prioridad ahora.

Rovering to Sussex Devlog #17 - Release date!

Welcome back! Last time I told you we were getting closer to releasing the second half of Chapter 3. We took a little longer to get the new chapter of Young Again out of the way, but today I can announce the release dates for the next installment of Rovering to Sussex.

Before, let me tell you a little more about what will happen in this update. Well, first of all, after the excursion from Chapter 2, the group is going back to meetings and you will have quite an influence on how they will handle their next project. Then, there's Susan that you might want to talk to, about her leaving so quickly the week before. And finally, you might end up spending some time with some girls that you couldn't get to watch a movie with at the end of the last update. Wonder what will happen if you choose to meet them? All I will say for now that this release has a lot more animations than any previous one.

So, when will this be out for you to play? The release for Gold tier will be on June 28th, with the usual schedule of Silver tier one week after that and the free public release another week later on.

Fortunately, everything is going very well. These days I finished the early release builds, and all I have to do now is the promotional art for the new chapter and upload the files to the hosting sites, so we will be ready for Friday's release.

Por suerte, todo va muy bien. En estos días terminé las versiones preliminares, y todo lo que tengo que hacer ahora es el arte promocional para el nuevo capítulo y subir los archivos a los sitios de hosting, así que vamos a estar listos para el lanzamiento del viernes.

Como este es un informe muy corto, comparto una imagen de adelanto del próximo capítulo, la última que compartiré antes del lanzamiento.

Weekly Report - And release dates!

This week was quite busy, since I came up with some new stuff and ended up making about 10 images and a new animation for this chapter, but well, this addition has made the final erotic scene much more enjoyable.

The script is already finished and was passed to the proofreaders so they can do their job improving it and looking for bugs.

Now I just have to go through all the corrections from the proofreaders, check that there are no errors and make the translation into Spanish.

As I know approximately how long all this will take me, I can already set the dates for the release of chapter 6, which will be the following ones:

• Early Release for Gold tiers and above ... Friday, May 24th

• Early Release access for the Silver tier .... Friday, May 31st

• Release of the final version for all tiers ... Friday, June 7th

Remember that if you are subscribed to Tier Ruby or higher, you have the right to ask me for the beta version of the game, so you can enjoy it right now.

What you should keep in mind is that it is a raw version that hasn't been proofread yet, so it may have many spelling mistakes and bugs, and it doesn't include the spanish translation because I haven't done it yet.

Anyway, if you are very eager to play the new chapter immediately, send me a private message and I will gladly share it with you.

Esta semana ha sido bastante movidita, ya que se me ocurrieron algunas cosas nuevas y acabé haciendo unas 10 imágenes y una animación nueva para este capítulo, pero bueno, este agregado ha hecho que la escena erótica final sea mucho más disfrutable.

El guión ya está terminado y fue pasado a los correctores para que hagan su trabajo mejorándolo y buscando bugs.

Ahora sólo me queda repasar todas las correcciones de los correctores, comprobar que no hay errores y hacer la traducción al español.

Como sé aproximadamente cuánto tiempo me llevará todo esto, ya puedo fijar las fechas para el lanzamiento del capítulo 6, que serán las siguientes:

• Lanzamiento anticipado para el tier Gold y superiores ... Viernes, 24 de mayo

• Acceso anticipado para el tier Silver .... Viernes, 31 de Mayo

• Lanzamiento de la versión final para todos los tiers... Viernes, 7 de junio

Recuerda que si estás suscrito al Tier Rubí o superior, tienes derecho a pedirme la versión beta del juego, para que puedas disfrutarla ya mismo.

Lo que debes tener en cuenta es que es una versión en bruto que aún no ha sido corregida, por lo que puede tener muchas faltas de ortografía y bugs, y no incluye la traducción al español porque aún no la he hecho.

De todas formas, si tienes muchas ganas de jugar el nuevo capítulo de inmediato, envíame un mensaje privado y con gusto lo compartiré contigo.

The more observant of you may have noticed that I didn't publish the classic weekly report last week. I didn't had much to tell you, so I preferred to skip one. But well, to make up for the missing report, this one comes loaded with fresh news.

Remember a few days ago when I told you that both Young Again and Rovering to Sussex were in the final stages of development? Well, I wasn't sure which one would be finished first, but I've already decided which one will be released first... drum roll... it will be Young Again!

My idea is to release chapter 6 sometime this month (most likely in the last days of the month). I have already finished all the images for chapter 6 and the final number is a little more than 500 new renders.

Now it is time to polish the texts, fix the bugs and do the translations so I can prepare the beta version for the proofreaders to work on. There is still a lot of work to do, but the hard part is done.

And as for Rovering to Sussex, I still have to finish some images and animations. Reflexbound did a huge final scene for this chapter, I didn't think it would take so much work! haha. I hope to get that done soon, so we can move on to the testing stage and then release the new chapter of Rovering to Sussex as soon as we finish releasing Young Again.

Los más observadores se habrán dado cuenta de que la semana pasada no publiqué el clásico reporte semanal. No tenía mucho que contarles, así que preferí saltarme uno. Pero bueno, para compensar el reporte faltante, éste viene cargadito de noticias frescas.

¿Recuerdan que hace unos días les conté que tanto Young Again como Rovering to Sussex estaban en la fase final de desarrollo? Pues bien, no estaba seguro de cuál se terminaría primero, pero ya he decidido cuál se publicará primero... redoble de tambores... ¡será Young Again!

Mi idea es publicar el capítulo 6 en algún momento de este mes (muy probablemente en los últimos días del mes). Ya he terminado todas las imágenes del capítulo 6 y el número final es de algo más de 500 nuevos renders.

Ahora toca pulir los textos, corregir los errores y hacer las traducciones para poder preparar la versión beta en la que trabajarán los correctores. Aún queda mucho trabajo por hacer, pero lo difícil ya está hecho.

Y en cuanto a Rovering to Sussex, aún tengo que terminar algunas imágenes y animaciones. Reflexbound hizo una escena final enorme para este capítulo, ¡no pensé que llevaría tanto trabajo! jaja. Espero tenerlo terminado pronto para poder pasar a la fase de pruebas y así poder publicar el nuevo capítulo de Rovering to Sussex en cuanto terminemos de publicar Young Again.

Rovering to Sussex - Devlog #16

Time for another progress report? You know that we're getting closer to the release of the second half of Chapter 3. We're not quite there yet to announce a release date, but that will be coming soon. This update will have lots of progress and some nice (and lewd!) scenes with the girls that were left out of the first half of the chapter and I think those of you playing for them will be quite happy with what we are preparing.

The finale is particularly spicy, with three different paths for you to explore. There will also be some progress on the overall story and minor progress on some paths that have just started to shape up in the last update.

As always, I have a preview image for you. Helen seems to be quite comfortable with our protagonist here, don't you think?

Another week of intense work is coming to an end, and I'm very happy with the progress I've made. There are still a lot of things to do, but the release date is getting closer and closer.

For Young Again, I have about 400 images ready. In fact, the part I've already finished could be a complete chapter by itself, although it wouldn't be wise to cut the chapter here, I need to finish the missing scenes.

Speaking of work, another thing I did this week is to add a new girl to the extra gallery (that's two new girls we have in this chapter), I leave you a preview of one of the pictures of her.

Se acaba otra semana de intenso trabajo, y estoy muy contento con los progresos que he hecho. Todavia quedan muchas cosas por hacer, pero la fecha de lanzamiento cada vez esta mas cerca.

Para Young Again, ya tengo cerca de  400 imágenes listas. De hecho, la parte que ya he terminado podría ser un capítulo completo por sí solo, aunque no sería prudente cortar el capítulo aquí, necesito terminar las escenas que faltan.

Hablando de trabajo, otra de las cosas que he hecho esta semana es añadir una nueva chica a la galería extra (ya son dos chicas nuevas las que tenemos en este capítulo), les dejo un adelanto de una de las fotos de ella.

The work continues at a very good pace, and chapter 6 of Young Again is getting closer and closer to completion. If it were a marathon, I think we'd be looking at the finish line in the distance by now, haha.

The good news is that I'm also making good progress on our other game, Rovering to Sussex, and I think the next update is not too far away either.

It's too early to give release dates, but my intention is to release the new chapter of one of the games next month (sometime in May), and the new chapter of the other game the following month (during June). I don't know yet which of the games will be ready first, but what I do know is that we have some exciting days ahead of us, with many surprises.

El trabajo continúa a muy buen ritmo, y el capítulo 6 de Young Again está cada vez más cerca de su finalización. Si fuera un maratón, creo que ya estaríamos viendo la meta a lo lejos, jaja.

La buena noticia es que también estoy avanzando a buen ritmo en nuestro otro juego, Rovering to Sussex, y creo que la próxima actualización tampoco está muy lejos.

Es demasiado pronto para dar fechas de lanzamiento, pero mi intención es publicar el nuevo capítulo de uno de los juegos el mes que viene (en algún momento de mayo), y el nuevo capítulo del otro juego el mes siguiente (durante junio). Aún no sé cuál de los juegos estará listo primero, pero lo que sí sé es que nos esperan días emocionantes, con muchas sorpresas.

Another busy week is over. Luckily without any interruptions this time, so I was able to make a lot of progress on the new chapter. The only problem I have is that my idea was that this chapter 6 should end in a certain important moment of the story, but while I'm working and making new pictures, it seems to me that I won't get to that part in this new installment, since the previous scenes ended up being much longer than my original idea. Anyway, it's not a big deal, at worst some parts will be left for the next chapter.

As for the numbers, I can confirm that we've already passed the 300 images ready and there are lots of animations too, so it won't be too long to enjoy Young Again again.

Se termina otra semana de mucho trabajo. Por suerte esta vez sin interrupciones, así que he podido avanzar mucho en el nuevo capítulo. El único problema que tengo es que mi idea era que este capítulo 6 terminara en cierto momento importante de la historia, pero mientras estoy trabajando y haciendo nuevas imágenes, me parece que no voy a llegar a esa parte en esta nueva entrega, ya que las escenas previas terminaron siendo mucho más largas que mi idea original. En fin, no es gran cosa, en el peor de los casos algunas partes quedarán para el próximo capítulo.

En cuanto a los números, puedo confirmar que ya hemos superado las 300 imágenes listas y también hay muchas animaciones, así que no falta mucho para volver a disfrutar de Young Again.

I've been working with the new graphics card for a few days now and everything is running smoothly. I can render in half the time (and sometimes even less), so I have already done several new renders for the game.

This brings up a new problem. By doing the renders so fast, I don't have time to prepare a new scene while the previous render is being done, so now the bottleneck of game development is me! haha.

I guess since this is a special occasion, I decided to share with you all the first render I did with the new card. It couldn't be anyone else but Ruby...

Ya llevo unos días trabajando con la nueva tarjeta gráfica y todo va sobre ruedas. Puedo renderizar en la mitad de tiempo (y a veces incluso menos), así que ya he hecho varios renders nuevos para el juego.

Esto plantea un nuevo problema. Al hacer los renders tan rápido, no tengo tiempo de preparar una nueva escena mientras se hace el render anterior, ¡así que ahora el cuello de botella del desarrollo del juego soy yo! jaja.

Supongo que como esta es una ocasión especial, decidí compartir con todos ustedes el primer render que hice con la nueva tarjeta. No podía ser otra que Ruby...

Weekly Report - It can't always be good news...

Something bad happened this week, my video card stopped working. My old 3090 had been giving me problems for a while, losing the video signal or rebooting the computer unexpectedly, but since the last signal loss I have never been able to get image from it.

It's a shame, I really liked it because it was an EVGA 3090, a collector's card since it's the last card made by that brand before they left the GPU market (well, if we don't consider the 3090ti).

Right now I'm working with a board that's not suitable for rendering (a GTX 1660), but until I get a new GPU I'm taking the opportunity to write the script and do some coding.

The good thing is that my next board (which I will buy in these days) will be a RTX 4090, my idea is that with the increased performance of the new board I can make up for the lost time in a short time, and thinking ahead it will be a great contribution to the project as it will allow me to do more renders in less time, and that means faster updates =)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, because if I did this only as a hobby, the loss of my board would have put an end to this project, but thanks to your support as subscribers I have the means to buy the new one.

Esta semana ha pasado algo malo, mi tarjeta de video ha dejado de funcionar. Mi vieja 3090 llevaba tiempo dándome problemas, perdiendo la señal de vídeo o reiniciando el equipo de manera inesperada, pero desde la última pérdida de señal nunca he podido sacar imagen de ella.

Es una pena, me gustaba mucho porque era una EVGA 3090, una tarjeta de colección ya que es la última tarjeta fabricada por esa marca antes de abandonar el mercado de las GPUs (bueno, si no tenemos en cuenta la 3090ti).

Ahora mismo estoy trabajando con una placa que no es apta para renderizar (una GTX 1660), pero hasta que consiga una nueva GPU aprovecho para escribir el script y hacer algo de código.

Lo bueno es que mi próxima placa (que compraré en estos días) será una RTX 4090, mi idea es que con el aumento de rendimiento de la nueva placa pueda recuperar el tiempo perdido en poco tiempo, y pensando a futuro será un gran aporte al proyecto ya que me permitirá hacer más renders en menos tiempo, y eso significa actualizaciones más rápidas =)

Aprovecho para agradecerles a todos por su apoyo, ya que si hiciera esto solo como hobby, la perdida de mi placa hubiera acabado con este proyecto, pero gracias a su apoyo como suscriptores tengo los medios para comprar la nueva placa.

Chapter 6 is going well... although there is one animation that doesn't want to come out right. I've done it 3 times already, but I always find some detail that makes me redo it, and since it's an important one (the second erotic scene of the game), it has to look good.

As for the overall progress, I can confirm that we already have 200 images of the new chapter ready, so we are approaching the halfway point, and for the time since chapter 5 was released, I think we are making good progress.

I don't think I have much more to tell you right now. Oh yes, there is one thing... I've added a woman to the bonus gallery that I forgot to include before, so remember to check out that extra gallery when the new chapter comes out.

El capítulo 6 va bien... aunque hay una animación que no quiere salir bien. Ya la he hecho 3 veces, pero siempre encuentro algún detalle que me hace rehacerla, y como es una importante (la segunda escena erótica del juego), tiene que quedar bien.

En cuanto al progreso general, puedo confirmar que ya tenemos listas 200 imágenes del nuevo capítulo, así que nos estamos acercando a la mitad del camino, y para el tiempo que ha pasado desde que se publicó el capítulo 5, creo que estamos avanzando a buen ritmo.

Creo que no tengo mucho más que contarles por ahora. Oh sí, hay una cosa... He añadido una mujer a la galería extra que olvidé incluir antes, así que recuerden echar un vistazo a esa galería extra cuando salga el nuevo capítulo.

Weekly Report

Now that I've started writing this report, I realize that I didn't write a report last week. Iinstead I published the special renders of the month, but well, to be honest nothing worth mentioning happened last week, haha.

I'm making good progress with the new chapter, I have about 150 renders ready and some scenes of chapter 6 are finished (including the first erotic scene of the new chapter). 

As for the story, I'm not going to tell you much, I'll just tell you that a big part of the new chapter revolves around Emma (I think we've left her a little bit behind) and it doesn't matter if you're her boyfriend or just friend, you'll be able to spend some time with her and get to know her a little bit better. It won't be all about Emma though, Ruby and Anna will have scenes too.

Stay tuned for next week, as I will post the first preview image of the new chapter.

Ahora que he empezado a escribir este reporte, me doy cuenta de que no escribí un reporte la semana pasada. En lugar de eso publiqué los renders especiales del mes, pero bueno, para ser sincero la semana pasada no pasó nada digno de mención, jaja.

Estoy avanzando bastante con el nuevo capítulo, tengo unos 150 renders listos y algunas escenas del capítulo 6 están terminadas (incluyendo la primera escena erótica del nuevo capítulo). 

En cuanto a la historia, no les voy a contar mucho, sólo les diré que gran parte del nuevo capítulo gira en torno a Emma (creo que la hemos dejado un poco de lado) y no importa si eres su novio o su amigo, podrás pasar un rato con ella y conocerla un poco mejor. Pero no todo girará en torno a Emma, Ruby y Anna también tendrán escenas.

Estén atentos a la semana que viene, ya que publicaré la primera imagen de avance del nuevo capítulo.
