Well, after the last weekly report that was a bit disappointing, this time I bring good news.
This week I was able to work at full pace and I made important advances in the development of the game. I've even been making more images every day than the average of the days before my computer broke down.
As a reference, I already have 250 images ready for chapter 5, so we can say that we have more than half of the chapter ready. It's not much longer until you can enjoy it!
My idea is to have chapter 5 ready for January, but there will be a surprise before that. It's something I'm sure you'll like but I can't say anything about it yet.

Bueno, después del último informe semanal que fue un poco decepcionante, esta vez traigo buenas noticias.
Esta semana pude trabajar a todo ritmo e hice importantes avances en el desarrollo del juego. Incluso he estado haciendo más imágenes cada día que el promedio de los días anteriores a que mi computadora se rompiera.
Como referencia, ya tengo 250 imágenes listas para el capítulo 5, así que podemos decir que tenemos más de la mitad del capítulo listo. ¡Ya queda poco para que puedan disfrutarlo!

This was a bad week... But well, I always try to find something good when bad things happen.
The thing is that last Sunday when I turned on my computer it gave me an error "bootable disk not found". After trying a thousand things I came to the conclusion that my ssd was dead.
After going through anger, denial, depression and finally acceptance, I remembered that I have backup of almost everything, but well, it's awful to have to install everything again, and even more when my Daz Studio folder weighs 1 Tb and has thousands of files.
Well, I'm not going to make it too long, but after buying a new disk and several days of copying files and installing programs, I'm finally able to continue working. Although, that means that I've lost a week in which I have not been able to make a single render in any of the two games.
Anyway, I must confess that this forced break wasn't bad for me, it helped me to clear my head a bit and to come back with much more motivation.
As for what was lost? Except for some cash from my bank account to buy the new disk, not much. I only lost the raw renders I made with Daz, since that folder had no backup, but I have all the images already checked and edited in my game's folders.
I'm sorry for not bringing you any news about the development of the game, but I hope to have better news next week.
What I have started to do to test that everything is working fine, are the special renders of the month, and I must tell you that they are looking great, I'll share them with you next week.
I don't want to finish this report without thanking you again for the support you give me, because if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have been able to buy the new disc so soon.

Esta fue una mala semana... Pero bueno, siempre intento encontrar algo positivo cuando pasan cosas malas.
El caso es que el domingo pasado cuando encendí la pc me dio un error "disco de arranque no encontrado". Después de probar mil cosas llegué a la conclusión de que mi ssd estaba muerto.
Después de pasar por rabia, negación, depresión y finalmente aceptación, recordé que tengo copia de seguridad de casi todo, pero bueno, es horrible tener que instalarlo todo de nuevo, y más cuando mi carpeta de Daz Studio pesa 1 Tb y tiene miles de archivos.
Bueno, no voy a alargarme mucho, pero después de comprar un disco nuevo y varios días copiando archivos e instalando programas, por fin puedo seguir trabajando. Aunque eso significa que he perdido una semana en la que no he podido hacer ni un solo render en ninguno de los dos juegos.
De todas formas, debo confesar que este parón forzoso no me ha venido mal, me ha ayudado a despejarme un poco y a volver con mucha más motivación.
¿En cuanto a lo que se perdió? Salvo algo de dinero de mi cuenta bancaria para comprar el nuevo disco, no mucho. Sólo perdí todos los renders que hice con Daz, ya que esa carpeta no tenía copia de seguridad, pero tengo todas las imágenes ya revisadas y editadas en las carpetas de mis juegos.
Siento no traerles novedades sobre el desarrollo del juego, pero espero tener mejores noticias la semana que viene.
Lo que sí he empezado a hacer para comprobar que todo funciona bien, son los renders especiales del mes, y debo decirles que están quedando geniales, los compartiré con ustedes la próxima semana.
No quiero terminar este informe sin agradecerles de nuevo el apoyo que me dan, porque si no fuera por ustedes, no habría podido comprar el nuevo disco tan pronto.

I'm very happy with how chapter 5 is turning out. I think it's going to be the chapter in which you will feel more free to do what you want, since the decisions you make are not only to change a couple of dialogues, but the story will open in different branches. This has a very positive side which is that you will be able to play it several times exploring all the paths, but there is also a negative side which is much more work for me, haha.
I already have an important number of images ready and I have written a couple of new scenes so I already have more work to do in the next weeks.
Another thing I was thinking about was what theme to use for the special renders of the month, but then I remembered that Halloween is coming, so... sexy witches is a good theme, right?

Estoy muy contento por como está resultando el capitulo 5. Creo que va a ser el capítulo en el que se van a sentir mas libres de hacer lo que deseen, ya que las decisiones que tomen no son sólo para cambiar un par de diálogos, sino que la historia se va a abrir en ramas diferentes. Esto tiene un lado muy positivo que es que van a poder jugarlo varias veces explorando todos los caminos, pero también hay una parte negativa que es mucho mas trabajo para mi, jaja.
Ya tengo un numero importante de imágenes listas y he escrito un par de escenas nuevas asi que ya tengo mas trabajo ya definido por hacer en las próximas semanas.
Otra cosa en la que estaba pensando era en que tema usar para los renders especiales del mes, pero luego recordé que esta por llegar el día de Halloween, así que brujitas sexis creo que es un buen tema, ¿no?

Welcome to a new weekly report! I don't really have much to tell you this time, just that the progress on the new chapter continues at a good pace.
There are a couple of scenes still on vacation on the new chapter, and I'm working on finishing that part of the story. Particularly, the last vacation scene is a very long one, since it splits into different paths depending on what you decide to do.
But well, our protagonist shouldn't forget that he has a mission to accomplish, so my idea is to work on that when he returns from his vacation.
I know that these reports are to tell you about the progress of Young Again, but since this is a short one, I will take this opportunity to tell the fans of Rovering to Sussex that there were also important progress in the development of that game, and probably very soon we will have some news about it.

Bienvenidos a un nuevo informe semanal! Realmente no tengo mucho que contarles esta vez, sólo que el progreso en el nuevo capítulo continúa a buen ritmo.
Hay un par de escenas aún de vacaciones en el nuevo capítulo, y estoy trabajando en terminar esa parte de la historia. En particular, la última escena de vacaciones es muy larga, ya que se divide en diferentes caminos dependiendo de lo que decidas hacer.
Pero bueno, nuestro protagonista no debe olvidar que tiene una misión que cumplir, así que mi idea es trabajar en ello cuando vuelva de sus vacaciones.

Another week is over and it's time for a new report.
These days were very productive, usually when I start a new chapter I take a few days to start writing the script before I start making any images, but this time I already knew exactly what I had to do, since the first scene was written from before.
And it was written already because it was a scene I was hoping to include in chapter 4, but in order not to make you wait too long I've decided to leave it for this new chapter. I think it was a good decision, because it allowed me to expand it much more than my original idea, maybe with the rush to finish the chapter I wouldn't have done several paths. By the way, this first scene adds 3 events in the gallery, so you see what I mean.
And speaking of being productive, chapter 5 already has about 75 images ready. Not bad, right?

Se termina otra semana y es hora de un nuevo reporte.
Estos días fueron muy productivos, por lo general al comenzar un nuevo capitulo me tomo unos días para empezar a escribir el guion antes de ponerme a hacer ninguna imagen, pero esta vez ya sabia exactamente lo que tenia que hacer, ya que la primera escena estaba escrita desde antes.
Y estaba escrita porque era una escena que esperaba incluir en el capitulo 4, pero para no hacerlos esperar mucho la he dejado para este nuevo capitulo. Creo que fue una buena desición, ya que me permitio expandirla mucho mas que mi idea original, quizas con el apuro de terminar el capitulo no hubiera echo diversos caminos. Por cierto, esta primera escena agrega 3 eventos en la galeria, asi que ya ven a lo que me refiero.
Y hablando de productivo, el capitulo 5 ya tiene unas 75 imágenes listas. Nada mal, ¿no?

With the release of chapter 4 over, it's time to get back to the weekly reports, don't you think?
Development never stops, and I have already started working on the next chapter. Speaking of which, I hope you enjoyed the last release, in which a lot of interesting things happened and left some unanswered questions.
One of those unanswered questions is : "Who was in the pool at the end of the chapter?"
I've already written that scene and I'm starting to do the renders, but I'd love to hear your theories on it.

There are some times when the early release ends up being the same as the public version, but this was not the case, there were some things to fix.
Don't panic though, if you have already played the early version, your saves will be compatible with chapter 5 anyway.
I hope you enjoy this new chapter, where we'll see some new scenarios and a quite interesting progression of some relationships.

Phew, the proofreaders are making me work hard! More than 100 edits to the texts, bugs found, a hole in the script that needed new lines of dialogue to fix it, glitches in a few images... Stop, please!
But well, that means they are really committed to their work, and thanks to them the new chapter is going to be awesome! So thanks 13, ElderLichJoe and RFB.
Apart from correcting these errors, this week I've been working on translating chapter 4 to spanish. Now what I have left to do until next Friday is to prepare the promotional images of the new chapter, to write the changelog, and to prepare and upload the Early release distributions to different hostings. I'll be fine, but with no time to spare for next friday's release.
It won't be long before you can play chapter 4, the countdown is on!

Finally, chapter 4 is finished! Well, technically isn't finished, I mean that all the images and animations are already done. Now it's time to correct it, translate it and check it for errors.
Surely many of you may have noticed that I have shared very few images of this new chapter. The thing is that a lot of important things happen and any image I post could ruin the surprise. Anyway, it won't be long now until you can enjoy it, the release dates will be as follows:
Early Release (For tiers gold or higher) .... Friday September 8th
Early Release for Tier Silver ..... Friday September 15th
Final release for all tiers .... Friday September 22nd
If you are subscribed to the Ruby Tier or higher, you have access to the beta version of the game (the version as it is right now). Please note that this version may have bugs or even crash, as it hasn't gone through the proofreaders yet. But if you want to play it right now, send me a private message and I'll share it with you. Anyway, my recommendation is to wait for the Early Release which is a more polished version and very close to the final release of the game.

Another week is coming to an end, and chapter 4 is getting closer and closer. These last days I've been able to complete a long scene, and I only have to do two more to finish the chapter.
It looks like this chapter is going to be a big one, since my goal is to have at least 400 images per chapter, and I've already reached that number, not counting the two missing scenes.
If everything goes according to plan, the new release will be out next month, but it's still too early to announce a date.
As for the poll I did last week, we already have a result. Adding all the votes from both platforms the winner is Ruby, so in the next days I will share with you the special scene about her.
And for those of you who voted for another girl, don't be sad, the next poll will be done without Ruby so we can have another winner.

This week several things happened, the main one is that the new chapter is going forward at full speed. In order to keep up with the pace, I know that I have to make about 5 to 6 new images every day, and this week the average was 10 new images per day, so I'm happy with that.
Also, because I wanted to optimize the time, I made a stupid mistake. I decided to leave an animation running all night. My idea was to wake up with the work finished... and yeah, today the animation was ready, but I didn't realize that last night I'd hidden the main character to make a tweak in the female character, and when I finished I didn't unhide him again, so the animation was done but without him, haha. Well, tonight I'll do it again, I hope I don't mess it up one more time.
On the other hand, you may have seen that there is a poll about the protagonist of the new special scene. The funny thing is that in Patreon is winning Emma, and in Subscribestar is winning Ruby, I think if I sum up all the votes we are in a tie, but well, there are a few days left to vote, let's wait until the time is up to make the final count, but know that a single vote can define this poll.

Esta semana han pasado varias cosas, la principal es que el nuevo capítulo avanza a toda velocidad. Para mantener el ritmo, sé que tengo que hacer entre 5 y 6 imágenes nuevas cada día, y esta semana la media ha sido de 10 imágenes nuevas al día, así que estoy contento con eso.
También, como quería maximizar el tiempo, cometí un error estúpido. Decidí dejar una animación ejecutándose toda la noche. Mi idea era levantarme con el trabajo terminado... y sí, hoy la animación estaba lista, pero no me di cuenta de que anoche había escondido al protagonista para hacer un retoque en el personaje femenino, y cuando terminé no lo volví a desocultar, así que la animación estaba hecha pero sin él, jaja. Bueno, esta noche lo volveré a hacer, espero no liarla una vez más.
Por otro lado, habrán visto que hay una encuesta sobre la protagonista de la nueva escena especial. Lo curioso es que en Patreon está ganando Emma, y en Subscribestar está ganando Ruby, creo que si sumo todos los votos estamos en empate, pero bueno, quedan unos días para votar, esperemos a que se acabe el tiempo para hacer el recuento final, pero sepan que un solo voto puede definir esta encuesta.

Wow, another week is over already? Well, looking at where I was last Friday and where I am now, I see that I have added a bunch of new images to the game, and more importantly, I've added a new erotic animation. It's a short one, but it looks great, maybe it's one of my favorites.
As for the code, I've also been working hard on it. I was checking the part of the chapter that is already playable to look for errors... and there were many! But well, I've explored all the paths of the game, so I think I've cleaned the code and there are no bugs left (and if there are any, I hope the beta testers will find them, haha).

En cuanto al código, también he estado trabajando duro en él. Estuve revisando la parte del capítulo que ya es jugable para buscar errores... ¡y había muchos! This week I wrote the most important erotic scene of the chapter, I'm not going to tell you who is involved, but I'm sure it's something that many of you were waiting for.
Ultimately that part turned out to be quite long and I think it's going to need a lot of images, but since it's a special moment I think it's worth to dedicate a good part of the chapter to this moment.
As for images, I have approximately 300 renders ready, and if we consider that a chapter includes approximately 450 images, we can say that there is 66% of the chapter ready.
It seems like only a few days ago that I published chapter 3 but time goes fast, we are just a few days away from the release of chapter 4. I hope you are as anxious as I am to have it ready to play it.
And for the fans of Rovering to Sussex, I can tell you that RFB already gave me the script and I started working on the first images of the next chapter and oh boy... it's getting really exciting! We'll tell you more when we get further along in development.

This week was a bit challenging, because for one reason or another every day my work was interrupted, whether it was a friend's birthday or a doctor's appointment, the thing is that every day I had something to do that prevented me from dedicating the time I wanted to the game. Esta semana ha sido un poco complicada, ya que por un motivo u otro todos los días mi trabajo se veía interrumpido, ya fuera el cumpleaños de un amigo o una cita con el médico, el caso es que todos los días tenía algo que hacer que me impedía dedicarle el tiempo que quería al juego. No obstante, he conseguido hacer un buen número de renders nuevos, así que por suerte no me he retrasado.
Como les dije la semana pasada, he llegado a una parte del capítulo que se desarrolla en un nuevo escenario, estoy contento porque no sabía si la idea que tenía en mente iba a quedar bien en los renders, pero por suerte todo va bien. Me gustaría poder contarles más, pero no quiero arruinarles la sorpresa, sólo les diré que tiene que ver con unos días de vacaciones.
Y hablando de vacaciones, ¿a quién te llevarías? ¿A Ruby? ¿A Emma? ¿A Anna? ¿A todas? Para saber quién irá en este viaje, tendrán que esperar al próximo capítulo, jaja.

Today I realized that Patreon has changed a bit the design of the page, and the photos of the tiers changed their format, that's why they were looking really bad.
I took the opportunity to redo all the images in that section to create a new tier, the Ruby Tier (what a missed opportunity by not using that name before! haha), is a new tier between the 10 and 50uss one, and the idea was not to take away benefits from you, so I just added new benefits for that tier and therefore for all the ones above it.

Another very productive week is over. As you may have seen, today was the public release of the new version of RtS, and luckily there were no bugs to fix from the Early Release, so that gave me the opportunity to dedicate the whole week to progress with the new chapter of Young Again.
I just completed the second erotic scene of the chapter, a very long shot that took about 50 images and two animations, so now I can proceed with the next scene, and this new scene is something very special because it's a new scenario in the game. I know it will take a lot of worK to set everything for the new location, but I'm very excited to do it because I think it will be a very fun part of the story.
As for times we are doing well, it's been a month and a half since the release of the previous chapter and I think I have about half of the new chapter ready, so I hope to continue with the 3 months period of development between chapters, but you know, it's an estimate, times may lengthen or shorten a little depending on how far I end up including in chapter 4.
I think I'm going to cut the report here, I've been writing too much already, haha.

Otra semana muy productiva ha terminado. Como habrán visto, hoy fue el lanzamiento público de la nueva versión de RtS, y por suerte no hubo bugs que corregir de la Early Release, así que eso me dio la oportunidad de dedicar toda la semana a progresar con el nuevo capítulo de Young Again.
Acabo de completar la segunda escena erótica del capítulo, una escena muy larga que me ha llevado unas 50 imágenes y dos animaciones, así que ahora puedo proceder con la siguiente escena, y esta nueva escena es algo muy especial porque es un escenario nuevo en el juego. Se que me llevará mucho trabajo prepararlo todo para la nueva localización, pero estoy muy ilusionado por hacerlo porque creo que será una parte muy divertida de la historia.
En cuanto a los tiempos vamos bien, ya ha pasado un mes y medio desde la salida del capítulo anterior y creo que tengo algo así como la mitad del nuevo capítulo listo, así que espero seguir manteniendo el periodo de 3 meses de desarrollo entre capítulos, pero ya saben, es una estimación, los tiempos pueden alargarse o acortarse un poco dependiendo de lo que termine incluyendo en el capítulo 4.
Creo que voy a cortar el informe aquí, estuve escribiendo demasiado, jaja.
