I feel like the flow in this is a little off. Goes from Millie licking Loona's nipple to her leaning back with Loona's hand already down her pants. Loona's dialogue in panel 3 also feels abrupt and out of nowhere. Feels like there should've been an interim panel.
It's the sort of thing that can be hard to catch.

I think eliminating Loona's anger would be contradictory to her personality. She'll always have a short temper, she just needs to learn how to channel it more appropriately. And letting the people she cares about know how she actually feels helps them be more patient and understanding with her.
