I think at this point, it's significant that Moxx and Millie give Loona full control. There's a constant implication that they can stop whenever she wants to. Or escalate whenever she wants to. For a first-timer, that's very helpful.

Getting to have your head sandwiched between breasts is a magical moment.
I liked having this quiet moment here. I think opening yourself to be vulnerable sexually is completely different than letting yourself be vulnerable to quiet affection. Loona needed to know that she can be comfortable with both around Moxxie and Millie.

Is this Loona's first? I don't remember any confirmation of anything in the show, and judging from her behavior, I just assumed that she was inexperienced in all fields. I'd be willing to bet she's never kissed or held hands.

Millie doesn't actually want to be "THAT" bitch.
Loona is very much a daddy's girl, I think, so it made sense to me that she would huddle up with Moxxie when she's mad at "mommy," I guess.
It's hard to tell, but Loona is wearing Millie's nightwear robe while Millie is just wearing the gown portion. The robe doesn't fit Loona and the gown barely fits Millie (which is why she chose it).
