Millie's teeth was especially awkward to figure out how to draw. In almost all drawings of her from the show, she just has the two front/buck teeth. She does have more fangs, but it's more common to just stretch out the front teeth regardless how wide her smile or mouth stretches.

So for the comic, and notably on this page, I just gave her oversized front teeth. I like drawing the gums between teeth and that was just my main thought behind it.
