Patreon tiers update

Reworked some of the tiers here.

 Tier 1($1), the sketch tier, remains as is. 

Tier 2($5), the finished works, alts, poll and char suggestions tier, goes down in price to $3. 

Tier 3($10), the WIP tier, goes down in price to $5. 

Tier 4($15), the hi-res+time lapse tier, goes down in price to $10.

Paused the billing for october

I've paused the billing for my patrons for october, so I can catch up with raffles and sketches I owe you all without lagging behind again. Everything should proceed as usual with discord, except you should not get charged on october 1st. I'll resume the billing in november\december, depending on when I catch up. Discord integration

 Sorry for the delays guys, I've made a 5-6 day break due to getting cactus poison into my eyes(euphorbia has quite potent cactus jizz, use hazmats and astronaut gloves when working with it guys).
