Dev Update 4/23/2025

Hi guys,

Time for another dev log! Not many of these left before the release of Chapter 5.
I've seen a lot of questions and comments regarding the release date and rightfully so. This update is taking a bit longer than the others, mainly due to my real life job taking up a lot of time recently. It's hard to squeeze in enough hours to make lots of progress to this chapter.

The added difficulty of that almost every scene consist of multiple characters, definitely doesn't help ...

Things are progressing nicely. I have some time booked off next week, so I should be able to work non-stop of the game for 5 days straight, which is desperately needed to catch up to where I want to be. Kinda ironic that I'm taking time off work to... work...

Hi guys,

Happy Friday! I hope you're all doing well. The progress on my side has been slow but steady. I'm hoping to finish the first part of the chapter by the end of this weekend and then we'll get into all the sex scenes, which will be fun but challenging to pull off!

Work has been extremely busy the past few weeks and I haven't been able to dedicate as much time as I want to the development of the game, but I'll try to book some time off later next month to be able to focus...

Hi guys,

I took a little bit of a mental break away from everything for a couple of days, but today I've continued to work on the update. I'm currently doing the first part of the episode and hoping to get that finished by the end of this weekend. Then I'll move on to the big beach scene and start working on that. This will be a pretty big update with lots of things happening between the characters, as well as moving the Oogle Corp plotline ahead and introducing some major plot twists....

Sorry for the long wait between the dev updates! I'm glad I was able to get the rework out of the way. I think I can still improve the dialogue in some other chapters, but I'll save that for another time!

Shadows of Ambition - Chapter 4.5 - Release

Hi guys,

Here's Chapter 4.5

As mentioned before, this is not really a content update. There's a small flashback story about Sophie and Alice. This was mainly to rework Chapter 1 to introduce the game better to newer players and create some more options for the future. I've also added animations to the sex scene in Chapter 2 and to the blowjob scene in Chapter 3 between Sophie & Liam. (If you want to see those, you can use the brand new replay feature.)

Hey guys,

Just writing this as I'm about to head to bed. I have some work left on the flashback chapter and still waiting on an animation from the animator, but aiming to release this "small update" this weekend. As previously mentioned, the purpose was to bring the game to a higher standard. Chapter 1 has been retold and in my opinion, made better. A lot of the cringey moments that I wrote... have been removed or reworked. As my writing improved, I think I could do a better job.

Happy Saturday! I hope you're all enjoying the weekend!

Progress is going well. I'm almost done with implementing all the features and the rework of Chapter 1 and some scenes of the other chapters. I'll be beginning on the flashback story tomorrow and I hope to get it out to you all by next weekend. Then development on Chapter 5 will start!

Here's the public release for Shadows of Ambition.

Thanks for all the support and feedback on Chapter 4! I'm almost done with my chapter 1 rework and including new features to the game. Currently going over the rest of the renders that I'm unhappy with and fixing those. I've also commissioned the artist go add some animated scenes for the earlier chapters.
