What Am I working on?

Just a quick update: 

The renderings are going very well, I even started to use one pc for the production, while a second pc connected remotely performs the renderings, this thanks to the new internet connection that seems to be a step forward compared to when noises from space traveled through the home phone. :)

Two new comics are currently in production:

I was thinking about a story inspired by the world of Harry Potter and the inappropriate use of magic and potions. 

PS: I've actually been working on this model of Hermione for a while and now I think it's good enough to be used.

So... What do you think?

It was a very long route, full of tremendous climbs, but it was worth it.

I'm coming back!

Getting back to work on my comics was harder than I expected :( But I started again with the new chapter and also with a little extra surprise story :)

I don't know how to thank everyone who has been patient, I will try to make up for the long lost time, trying even harder! See you soon!

What happened?

Unfortunately, it's very simple. My father suddenly passed away. I went back to my mother to help her with my brothers and my little sister. I changed jobs because the family business now needs guidance. All This has literally consumed all my time and unfortunately erased my imagination. 

I was too down to even imagine browsing my Patreon page. For a while I was undecided as to whether to close this page or not. Then I realized that if I don't continue with my hobbies, things can o...

POV?

I have experimented a little with POV. I think the result is good. What do you think? Would you like to see this tecnique in some scene? Or in the future even a whole short comics  focused on this type of point of view?

Next week the new chapter will be released.

We're almost there! Next week around 28 or 29 if not before, the new chapter of VR Beta Testing will be released!

By now I've finished 90% of the renderings and I'm at the post-production and captions stage.

A chapter of about 60 pages awaits you!

PS: These are sketches. ( The final renderings are being done by my dedicated PC, while I work on a second machine where I create the scenes and poses )

Log in preparation for the weekend: I'm working on VR beta testing ch2.
In the meantime I've more or less completed the assets for the television studio of Wheel of change. What do you think about the idea behind this one: A television game where to win money competitors will have to turn the wheel and undergo any change this requires them to?

Font size

Chapters 6 and 7 have been released. I was wondering: do you think the dialogues are too intrusive? In that case, I'm working on some solutions. But let's start with the fonts size. 

(bubbles, bigger space for dialogues, other option will be discuss later. Let just focus on the size right now :)

Back to work :)

Ok ok .. I can't complain. My company sent me to Italy for a 10-day business trip.

We have traveled a lot and visited about 30 different stores but .. I took a bath in the Ionian Sea in Puglia. 

*insert Blade Runner music*

I've eaten things… eaten things you people wouldn't believe. 

Now I'm back home :) and back to work.

Honestly I didn't expect to be chose by my company for that trip so it caught me unprepared even on my patreo...

My graphics card hates me

(Also my CPU) ... First time I work with open spaces and extras. A single image is taking me several hours to render, but I think the end result is worth it.

I was testing some rendering techniques including supersampling and some new formats to make the panels viewable even from mobile and I said to myself .. Maybe I've overdone.

Ok maybe I've overdone. The choice was simple: With around 80 pages almost finished i could publish ch4 and have a good vantage for ch5 but i work better under pressure, near deadline.. So: why don't publish an 80 pages ch4 & ch5 comics?

Back to school

Francine or Francis (if you like) need money. She is also a chemistry genius, so accepted to work part time as teacher in a prestigious university.

What better place to have access to equipment while you get paid?

This afternoon she have to give a lecture for the students who didn't pass last exam. Let's see how this is going to end :)
