patreon devlog update 8:dream's end

with this update we jump to the end of the second scenario of the game. Dab has been defeated, and everyone starts waking up. One by one  the characters poof out of the dream world, leaving Andy alone and ready to go back to reality. But wait, Zap is there too? didn't he just get out of the dream world?

so in the intro we have zap ready to leave heaven for earth. The new testament heaven is all love, peace kindness and stuff and the angel community has become a bit of a giant hippie commune.

Saturday mini update

the final puzzle to be able to dreamwalk into andy's mind is to achieve something to anchor yourself to the plane you're in. You can ask Gary the living car for a spell that does exactly that (apparently he was an occultist when he was alive, who knew! ) or you can give one of the psychotropic mushrooms to the hellnaut ,that hasn't eaten in days.

no bonus pic today, i don't feel inspired to do anything tbh!

but here's a couple animations for the game!

cock vore seemed to be the popular choice for the alternate bird vision so i went with it, along with an alternate look, hope you guys like it!

also a lil background + animation for a location of the motel that'll be crucial for one of the puzzles, the manager's office.

so as a part of the puzzle to get away from the grasp of Dab the dream demon , Andy and Zap must gather three objects to allow their shaman friend to perform a ritual that would allow them to lucid dream their way in Dab's lair.  They will need a intimate personal object from someone close to the nightmare (Sid's underwear) a way to ground themselves in the realm they're residing in (they can either ask Gary the talking car or the hellnaut) and the right kind of psychotropic mushroom. ...

saturday mini update on zap & andy:get outta hell

nothing much to show today, i worked on this transitional cutscene for when the boys spot the hollow man motel in the distance. Zap will ask Andy to stop , since he's feeling kind of tired already. Speaking of Andy, i also worked on his walk cycle for when he'll start sleepwalking:

Zap and Andy stop for some well deserved rest at the Hollow Man motel. Clean sheets and a comfy bed in hell seems too good to be true... and well it absolutely is.
