In Church of Lost Desires, a group of adventurers learns of a strange, underground place of worship where a cabal of snakefolk priests pray and then to a grandiose altar of an infinite serpent. The ouroboros is a deity for them. In their belief system, people from their kind can come to the serpent's effigy and petition it to show them a glimpse of the future. Traditionally, non-snakefolk individuals are not allowed in the church, much less invited to consult the sacred oracle.
