117 - Well Hideout

Here's the .psd file for the 117 - Well Hideout. Notice that it is necessary to have Photoshop to use it. Inside you will find that it is all white. That is the uppermost layer, I only use it to make the file preview smaller in size. Once you remove that uppermost layer you'll see the illustration. (it's just one click)

Most of the illustration elements are properly named and arranged in folders in the layer area. Some assets like textures or smart objects have been rasterized...

116 - Jinxed Sapphire

Hello Denizens of the Tower !  First of all I'd like to thank all new subscribers, we have reached the 200 milestone ! This is humbling for me, soon it will be a year since I started this Patreon page and I sure did not expect such rapid growth. Once again thanks for everything, community funded content is an honest part of the RPG hobby and we're all part of it.

Now to business, I wanted to create a dungeon on a slightly different layout than usual, in this case vertical. I guess I did i...

115 - Sir Haggard's Crypt

Here's an old school themed dungeon crawl. The attached adventure in PDF tells the story of Sir Haggard, a man who fell in disgrace and later became a sour ghost, haunting his crypt. The adventure is aimed towards a low-ish level party but of course you can use this map and airdrop it on practically any kind of game or level.

thanks for your continued support. Don't forget to check out the PDF for the background lore on this map. A small announcement although I will probably write a more defin...

114 - Campsite before the dungeon

Hello my friends, denizens of the tower and recent subscribers. So I was thinking the other day that there are lots of maps about dungeons and buildings, there are also tons of maps for wilderness encounters and fantastic locations.

However, it does not really make sense to me that a party of adventurers travel for days to a dungeon and then decide to enter immediately. I would say that since they are adventurers, they can infer that going in will be dangerous. Hence I believe the right course...

113 - Temple of Ash

Good day, my friends ! Here's the Temple of Ash. Or it could be anything else, I didn't add a title to the map on purpose to keep it more generic. I however included an adventure idea for a one-shot in the attached PDF. It's for a midlevel party wanting to revive a fallen companion.

I've always thought that resurrections should always happen after a short accomplishment or adventure. Entering this dungeon and doing the described ritual can bring a person back to life. But the place is watched ...

Hello my friends ! Denizens of the Tower, here's Shrimp Harbor, a simple fishing village ready to be used as a starter town. The included information describes the town and two main personalities inside, that can also be quest givers. The challenges presented are aimed for low level parties.

This map was created with some of the assets that will be released in this month's village maker pack; the style is similar to my recently released "a little more realistic" maps. That pack will be release...

Coming Stuff !

So a quick update, apparently I caught a common sickness where I am living called "dengue" it's spread by mosquitoes and gives you headaches, fever and severe joints pain. So I'm working slowly for now, hopefully I'll finish everything I've got planned for the month.

Now this is a preview of my Sword Coast map. I decided to go ahead with it from the recent poll in my wall. This is a very preliminar  thing, it will look like aged parchment, the more "in-world" I can make it look, plus it w...

111 - Village Houses

Hello Denizens of the Tower ! fortunately the hurricane deviated and promptly reduced its force. It hit land around 70 km from where I am in Acapulco.

Now this is an interesting map, it's  6 building interiors from a small village. Actually, these are the interiors of my map 95 - Galifar's Hollow

So if you haven't yet used this map, these two go together pretty well. BTW I also included eac...

About a Sword Coast map ???

Would you guys be interested I post here a map of the Sword Coast? It is part of the forgotten Realms setting, in case you do not know it.

I'd also be able to post an unlabeled version anyone could use in their own settings, however it is a big place. It's pretty much a world map, so I understand it might not be as useful as city /town maps.

Let me know what you think.

New digital paint cartography piece !

A second try on digital painting (watercolor painting maybe?) I'm satisfied with the result, this is a three story tower on a hill. The tower belonged to an old order of knights called the Order of the Flaming Falcon, charged with protecting the border between two kingdoms.

Hope you guys are having fun, in case you are unaware, I currently live in Mexico in the city of Acapulco. We are currently in state or emergency because of a category 1 hurricane that formed in the past days. Weather forec...
