Patreon backpedaled
Looks like they wont be introducing the fee's thanks to creators and patreons giving them many many reasons why this was a bad idea, back to business as usual I suppose

Patreon's way of charging you from the 18th
If you are pledging to other creators you may have already had a breakdown of the changes Patreon will be implementing on December 18th, 2017, but wanted to give our own statement regarding them:
Patreon will start charging 2.9% + a mandatory .35 cents on each pledge you make, which will also be per creation/paid post.
For example:
$1 pledge = $1.38
$17.99 pledge = $18.86
$39.99 pledge = ...

Just mailed out coupons for November's campaign, please email prismblush @ gmail.com if:
* Your payment was processed and you didn't receive yours, or
* You can't log in after registering your coupon, or
* Your payment was declined or fraudulent and you want to try an alternative method of payment
Also just a reminder if you signed up after the 1st of December you'll receive your code on the 3rd of January!
