It's my ma's birthday soon and I drew her cat, like I did with our last cat a few years ago.

I traced over a photo I took of her, Jule, because I couldn't get her likeness right without. And now I'm home at my parent's house and all likeness is gone anyway; Jule got so fat in the meantime ? Someone has to be put on a diet

I would like to have a bit more of a style? Like a more stylzied/simpler/clearer way of drawing and delivering visual information, basically. But I'm always so torn, because super realistic paintings are impressive, too, and I'd like to be able to do them, too. And a thousand other things ... Do you know what I mean?
