Hey everyone! Just a quick note to check in with you all. I've been busy working on gearing up my post-CHAOS4 offerings. I got a decent amount of animation time in on some new projects this week and made good progress. I also started the tedious process of pairing down and/or archiving the files from CHAOS4 to clear some workspace for myself.

Soon I'll be upgrading to a PC that is better suited for animation than my current laptop. My hope is to convert my current computer into a dedica...

The Game Part 4

I decided on a little change of pace this week and focused a little on some 2D storytelling and managed to finish up the next installment of the game for you guys. From here on out I am going to release them as MP4s rather than gif animations as I've done in the past. Hope you all enjoy it!

Wait till the next town to reveal the map? You do not possess such patience. Instant satisfaction is your game! Locating a relatively flat rock nearby, you excitedly remove your dagger from it's sheath and begin the process of carefully scraping away the photo to reveal the map below. In your excitement you're probably not as careful as you should have been, but you manage to do a pretty decent job.

CHAOS4 Part 2 (COMPRESSED)

Here's a much smaller compressed version of CHAOS4 Part 2 for people who having been having trouble viewing it on phones and tablets. Hopefully this won't freeze up as much, but the aspect ratio is off a bit as the program I used to compress it changes it for some reason.

As the wind begins to pick up you decide the best course of action is to take shelter beneath the ROCK OUT CROP. After removing some vegetation and loose stones, you manage to wrap yourself in your cloak and find a position that is only slightly agonizing to recline in. The outcrop is small and it's difficult to stay far enough back to be out of the rain without rolling back out as the ground is pitch slightly forward. The occasional drip of ice cold water still manages to drip onto your head...

After a bit of deliberation, your better sense looses out and you decide to purchase the more expensive kit regardless of the fact that you are running dangerously low on coinage. After all you reason, the provisions ARE much nicer. Why suffer the unpleasantness of hardtack for weeks. Clearly that's a hardship reserved for rookie adventurers.

You spend some time mulling over your options, and although grappling with some foul smelling mountain trolls seems like a jolly good time, you decide to turn your toes towards the infamous HAUNTED WOOD to the east.

On your way out of town you stop at a small shop to get supplies for your journey. The shop offers two premade kits of travel provisions. The basic kit is 25 gold, the deluxe kit is 70 gold, but the shopkeepers has offered to throw in a pin-up you have been eyeing to sweeten...

CHAOS4 Part 2 (Release)

Here it is folks. This is as far as I can take it. I worked on it down to my last byte of memory. The sound is kind of garbage but it's the best I could do. I opted not to add the last of the story elements as the program was getting so bogged down I started to fear file corruption. After several failed attempts I managed to export it so I'm going with what I got here.

I will probably wrap up the last of the story in a smaller final installment some day. I just couldn't squeeze it in to...

Hello! Chaos4 is coming along yet. I hope to be done in the next week or so. Progress has been hampered a bit by the size of the project file and the ensuing lag that is the result. Will be looking into upgrading once Chaos4 is wrapped up. In the meantime hers another little snippet. Chaos4 Part2 WIP (Release)

Ooooookay... So this is what I got.

Once again, getting this thing off my computer has proven... challenging, but for the time being I have something that works.

Keep in mind this is a WIP release. It's missing a lot of sound effects and about 15-20min of video, mostly at the end. (I believe this one comes in at about 38min. I had to shorten it a bit to get it to export.)

I've had some technical issues getting it uploaded this morning and unfortunately I had to leave for work and couldn't hang around to trouble shoot it. Upcoming Projects for 2024

Here's a list of some new projects in the work for 2024. Each picture should have a small caption that describes the project concept. It's a little wonky but I'm still getting the hang of this. I'm sure I'll be able to make the presentation a little more elegant in the future.

Hello and welcome!

So at the request of many, I have finally gone ahead and created a Patreon page. Thank you everyone for all your love and support leading up to this. You're all part of what keeps me motivated to continue creating these animations. 

This will be a very soft opening for my account.  There will be more to come in the future but for the mean time, I have decided to go ahead and get my account up a running a little early for those who have expressed a desire simply to help contrib...
