It may not look it, but it took me a while to sort out the lighting with this piece. Thankfully it came together in the end, but it was stressful.

It's been a while since I've been able to draw a personal piece! I sketched this Chinatsu last month dressed in that popular catgirl cosplay, and I really liked it, so I decided to color it (+ bonus gold variant). :3

As with every piece this batch, the background gave me a lot of trouble. The perspective on the objects I drew turned out to not work. The scene felt either too empty or too busy. Aaaaaaaaa. In the end, I think this light chess pattern fit nicely.

Winner of the tomboy poll, it's Black Lagoon's badass Revy!

During my research I was inspired by these couple of pieces of Revy in a bath towel. I thought it'd be cool to have her sipping on a beer while she dried, and of course, in Revy fashion, not letting go of her guns (or gun, singular. I decided to do just one. :p).

I believe this is my first time doing a bed cuddle piece! It was an interesting challenge. Making the contact of the hair and pillow look right, as well as the gravity of the body, was a bit tricky. Took a few iterations, but in the end I'm happy with the result!

In the wips here you don't see the iterations on the hair, but it took me a little bit to get there. Long hair flow is still a little bit of a problem area for me, but I'm slowly getting better, and I think I had a pretty good revelation here. Explaining it would be too verbose, but the end result is the hair flow is nicer.

Same swimsuit, but this time the scene is of her walking into some sort of indoor pool. I wanted it to look kind of opulent and sexy and have this striking lighting from an overhead opening and from the door behind her.

Despite being a classic beach cutie piece, it ended up being quite challenging. As you can see from the wips, it took me a few iterations to feel satisfied with the hair, the skin shading, and the bg. I'm not really sure what it was. Just one of those pieces, I guess. Hoping it's more smooth sailing next time. =v=

Here we go, I've finally drawn Ca-... Calli-... How's it pronounced? Oh yeah, Calliope. From Hololive.

After studying the intel from my private informants, I decided to go with this idea for the piece. I was told Calli is into v***** b****, so I put a big focus on the hips and the sassy vibe. 

Decided to go for a stylized bg this time. A tree in silhouette in a complimentary color. I dig it.

If you've been around a while, you may remember the Yokonon pieces I've done for QL before. This one is also in that vein. Sexy ladies being a bit grumpy that their tops (or bottoms) are missing. This time with Nobura I really leaned into the grump.

You'll see the WIPs had a swimsuit. That was just a safety swimsuit for streaming. The intent was always to snatch it away at the end. >:y

I believe this is my first time drawing a golf course. Definitely my first time drawing a golf bag - and boy, let me tell you, they are not simple to draw. I went with a more simple model and it's still kind of a toughie. But I think it worked out. :p

Quite the ambitious variant piece. There's 2 major poses - a wet shirt with swimsuit & a v-kini with arms crossed - and the wet shirt version has 2 variants with a bikini and a onepiece, and it's made even more complicated because of the see-through wet shirt.  

In addition to this there's also expression variant and ear variant, for a shy version of the v-kini.
