This time I sketched the page digitally cause I had to fix frames 1,2,4 and 5. Only frame 3 survived the original layout.

A few weeks later, I finally have a new tablet and I'm able to do more pages! This time though, Scott can't evade this question.

Today I was meant to upload a new page here, but I couldn't finish the page in time because my tablet's pen broke. Actually, it was already broken, which was hindering my progress, but now it decided to break even further, to the point of being basically unusable. Thanks to your continued support, I was able to buy a replacement for my tablet immediately, now, I'm waiting for it's arrival. Which means, today's page will be delayed and will probably only be posted next week. Sorry for the inc...

Page 22 Preview

This is the preview for the 22th page for the third page. Here you can see how I've better applied my foxes practice in drawing Jane in various angles. Then, I'll need to apply some background in those. I also decided to use a thicker brush when drawing Scott's hair on the close-up frame. Hope it makes it looks better.

Part 3 - Page 21

Now I feel that the third frame speech balloons are too cramped together... Gotta look into it. Also, now we see Mike making his point to Derek. Although he is a pretty tranquil guy, he can get really loud if he senses something is wrong.

Practicing foxes!

I drew these sketches as little studies for fox muzzle anatomy after looking at some references. I also jotted down some notes for better understanding of the anatomy.

Page 21 Sketch

This is the early scan for the 21th page of the Third part. From somewhere around here, I decided to use all capitals when writing on page text, it reads better and easier. Before this page, I didn't had many opportunities to show how Mike is shorter than Derek and somewhat chubby. Hence the headshots on top on bottom, they show pretty well that Mike needs to look up to face Derek.

The Durells

Here we see Derek's family, with himself, the oldest son, his two siblings, Diana and Dean, and their father, William. Even though their family name is Durell, Derek prefers to use his mother's family name "Stanley", due to his disagreements with his father.

Little does anyone knows, but Carol has a big crush on Edward. Too bad he already has other plans for his life.
