I have always had an affinity for sci-fi / fantasy art, but you almost never get to see those hunky barbarians saving anyone other than busty damsels in distress (or the occasional old man). So, here is my take on the genre, just with a little more "swordplay".

One of my first attempts at using Photoshop to add color to one of my pencil drawings.
I've come a long way since then and am thinking of doing a more fully realized version of this piece.

Just inches away, the water looked so cool and refreshing. Rippling softly in the summer breeze, the pool reminded me of a Hockney painting he had shown me once.
