I always get lost in poses and composition. 😓
When I try to draw a bed scene, I only have normal, doggy, and cowgirl positions, and I don't want to draw a man either, so the compositions I can draw are limited. As a result, I end up with a lot of similar poses.

This year, I hope I can come up with a new composition that will break through this barrier.

January 2023 Manga

This is a contribution to a book by an acquaintance who exhibited at last December's Comic Market.
It is 3 pages in total, with English and Japanese versions available for each.

The theme of the book was a story about a married woman being plundered, and since it was a 3-page manga, there was no time to draw delicate psychological descriptions. Therefore, I decided to use drugs as a forced method.
It is ethically egregious, but it is a manga, so please forgive me. 😅

I apologize that I haven't been able to draw the more elaborate pieces yet.
I'm going to redraw these in color at some point.

Recently, I was asked by a printing company to copy another artist's drawing for an illustration to be used on the cover of a pamphlet. I unwillingly but unavoidably created it, and was ordered to redo it on the grounds that it did not resemble the original.
Of course, I protested as the artist's end.

The year 2022 is almost over!
And yet I'm a big latecomer to Christmas!

I was unhappy with the quality of the illustration I drew earlier this month, so I redrew it.
From now on I will start drawing illustrations to greet the New Year.

I will continue to work on the commissions I accepted in November. But I'm not very good at getting to the point, and apparently I can only make enough for one case a month.
I would like to achieve two in January.

I have exceeded the number of slots, but I will try to accommodate everyone's wishes as best I can.

But honesty, I am having a hard time prioritizing applicants, understanding their requests in English, and managing time schedules due to my ineptitude, rather than the painting itself, so I am not making much progress. So I think progress on the commissions will continue until next year.

November 2022 Rough Sketch and an update on my recent work.

In last month's post, I mentioned that I was in the process of creating three pages of illustrations to contribute to a book that a friend of mine is making.

I finally finished the job of drawing 200 portraits, which had been ongoing since August, as well as drawing automobiles for a car dealership. There were 28 cars that looked like plastic model box art, and accompanying landscapes. It was a very long tunnel with no end in sight.

The mascot of the 203rd Tactical Fighter Squadron, which is responsible for air defense in the northernmost part of Japan, is the Teddy bear.
Its two-tone color makes it look like a panda, but it is actually based on a brown bear.
The red lightning bolt is a graphic representation of the 203. The star on its chest represents the 2nd Air Wing.  It's not a Nippleless.😂

Yesterday and today I got a vacation for the first time in a long time.
