Yeah you're right, this is 'Kuroo Tetsurou' hair but this one inspired from *cough* timeskip version *cough*.
Version 1 is fluffier (idk the correct term, hope you guys understand) and version 2 is less fluffy.

Let me explain, I am biased when it come to my fav and shamelessly I made the fourth/fifth hair for Oikawa using below image as the ref.
