Pages 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 have their lineart finished.

168, 169, 170, 171, and 172 need a lot more work to get there.

Ok so...I haven't shaded or colored these 8 pages yet, but the lineart is fairly far along.  But I keep feeling uncomfortable with where things are gonna end at each 4 page set.  I want a good direction to leave y'all on where you can SEE what's about to transpire without crunching things down for pacing, or spreading them out...so...

A WIP and last week's commission I mentioned.

Here's that big commission I was working on.  ^_^  As a freebie I figured I'd include it, since I did inject Faun (the white furred minotaur character from my future project).   And with a WIP on this week's Rivet comic pages to tease them.   Currently working on finishing up coloring on this week's 4 pages so I can move onto shading.  No clue if I'll be able to get the set out tonight before I crash, but I've got a sickness to tend to right now so I might h...

Two close personal friends are undergoing an emergency, and to be able to rush financial aide to them as fast as possible, I've had to rush to complete a MASSIVE $1000 commission this week.  I hope I can show thanks for having patience with two weeks of delaying the main Rivet continuity from you all by doing great on the next 4 pages when I get the opportunity!!

So we all know we're getting to the goooood stuff soon.  I had to do a lot of warming up to get to these parts and I'm gonna absolutely savor drawing this next chapter of the comic that we're on now.   That being said...I'm of two minds.

I want to move on from Rivet into something new, but that's still MONTHS out at the soonest.  That being said...I know what I want to move onto.  I've been working on ways to EXTEND this Rivet comic since around when ...

I am trying out new text styles.  The old type setting is slow, arguous, and doesn't fit well with text boxes that aren't giant solid finished lineart circles/ovals.  Let me know what you think!

No update today :(

I got half of next week's sketching laid out yesterday, and a good chunk of this week's done as well.   Allergies hit me again today like a truck, and a 180mg tablet of Antihistamines didn't even put a scratch in it.  I've been completely unable to think straight for most of the day.

I'm afraid if I try and push it to get it wrapped up this week, I may wind up not having enough of a clear head to make sure it's of quality.  Next week may be a dougble-up.  If th...

Sorry about this being a day late, I was way ahead of schedule on this one and was hoping to break this late streak.  Then I got hit with allergies and wound up passed out for the entirety of Thursday and did literally 0 work on the comic.   Would've been out about 24 hours ago if that didn't happen.  Still, came out absolutely LOVELY!  :3c   Look forward to Crow's concept art next week and maybe a $15 tier bonus if I've got the time!

Hadn't realized how much I have to say about Rivet!

This is all just miscellanious details pretty much.  o.o  But it's a looooot more than I figured I had to say.    As it turns out, she's quite a complex character to draw!!  :3c  Working on an assembly and nailing down her sexier bits later, as well as getting to crow (Who should be much simpler).

The arm will be public though.  Fuck having to draw the full thing.

Thanks for the patience everyone!  ^^;  This week's post will be delayed since as it turns out Taxes are due in 5 days.  Meaning I have 5 days to make $1500!  As you may guess, that's not gonna leave me much time to work on the Rivet Comic, but I'll do my best to work it in!

What would you prefer?

The last 4 pages of the Rivet Comic have made me realize how soon a dynamic shift in the comic is coming.  I know at this point I want Rivet to look more consistent, and Crow is a bit similar to how I draw other Lemurians so he needs some distinctions.    Both of these need me to draft up a reference AND style sheet for each.  Probably gonna work that in as next week's [4/14/23] bonus post or the main comic.  I'm curious what's preferred.

I was gonna upload this yesterday, but it seems as though I was the true fool.  Got so caught up in my own mechanisms that I was lost!  But I am once again found!  Found wistfully pinning for more Resident Evil 4.  But alas...I must work more!

New schedule

Just finished sketching out the basis for the next 4 pages.  I wanna get them close to, if not done tonight.   Sadly looks like the 3D elements I was learning won't be of much help, but luckily they uh...weren't really that easy to work with yet and I've been a bit occupied to get them fleshed out.  Next bonus panel will be a few of the bonus sketch characters to fill out the BG!
