Knocking out our first outstanding honorable mention in a while! I've been putting them off to do commissions and I fell behind... oops!
Anyway here we have Hololive V-Tuber Ouro Kronii! I do not fall into the V-Tuber target audience Venn diagram but I can respect the hustle.
I wanted this image to have that kind of 'water color fashion art' look and, while I don't think I achieved that at all; it was still fun to do something different for a change with the color technique.
