3-4-22 Late Night update!

Hey hey! It almost got done but not quite! While I could probably finish up the final touches on the full size version before I got to bed, I would also have to set up the posts and write my commentary and on the off chance I decide to be a wordy sunnuva gun I think I'm going to delay posting the full size version til morning.

In the mean time, here's the process post for this week's piece!

3-3-22 Weekly work! Sorasaki Hina

So I know nothing about this character from Blue Archive; in fact I know nothing about Blue Archive, but she's a snappy dresser and that's pretty much the important thing here!

Anyway, I've kind of wanted to draw this character since she was suggested and this week I didn't have anything major calling me to put pen to paper and thus the temptation to 'just go for it' was too much to resist.

Question-

So, one of the characters who has been requested for the poll a few times has a design I really like and... I kind of want to draw them 'because reasons.'

So anyway, my question is-

if I decide to draw a previous poll request character for my own amusement as my weekly post this week; is anyone going to get their knickers in a twist that it didn't 'go through proper channels'?

Finally here! Took a little longer than I planned but I did the bulk of this in two days which is a step up! I think I'm getting better about 'picking my battles' for which details to include in the extra panels. XD

Unfortunately I don't have a bunch to say about this one. I really like that Yae Miko is pretty much the mischievous fox/internet troll archetype incarnate and so much of what she does is to mess with people (in like a good natured way! Mostly...) so I wanted to do something...

2-26-22 Midnight Update

Okay, SO I had what I thought was a pretty good idea today; instead of blitzing ya'll with one drawing after another as a bunch of separate posts, here's a compilation of process images for the actual work on Yae Miko. Final image SHOULD be done tomorrow; didn't quite get everything done today but this was not a painful process like a couple of them turned into. XD

2-24-22 Yae Miko Plus roughs!

Mornin'! Goal this week is to see how efficiently I can produce a full page of Genshin Plus. I'm going to experiment with simplifying character drawings outside the main shot and reducing the overall sum of what I have to draw. 

I was hoping to get more of a head start on this regardless but things have been nuts over here and I haven't had a day to myself since last Monday. As such, don't expect real progress on this before tomorrow; I need some 'me' time.

This milestone I decided to try the ever popular "Stuck in a Door or Something" theme. And, of course, I couldn't just do it normally, I had to make it difficult on myself. XD

There's actually more work done than this; split my attention between three different projects today: This, a poster for a friend's youtube video, and a redesign of a character for the One Piece RPG I participate in. Anyway... Apologies if this winds up being a little late. If I can get it done tonight I will.
