Rosette Tiara

There is a slight issue with the weights with the hat slider mod for this one. I've tried to fix it and even remake it and the issue is still persisting. However its a minor issue, and can be solved with moving the back of the neck closer with the hat slider mod.

An update on sales tax/VAT/GST
