I started off roughing out the 4 main shots and getting the timing down for the characters. And also relearning how to draw Theo's weird hair strands. Some frames and layers did get changed up or completely removed in the final output.

It turns out, mecha isn't one of my strong suits... these kinds of designs have a more rigid form so most of the time it was trying to figure out how specific areas moved.
Fahlma's character (a support unit) ended up being the main focus and also the subject to an older Megaman X aesthetic. I hope you don't mind!

Some of the sketch suggestions are still cooking, so for the time being, I'm providing some stickers to tide things over.
I couldn't really decide which pose I wanted so I stickerfied both. It is based on the recent piece involving the Lucario and trainer.
As a bonus, I've also included a badly drawn version that's based on @Vanilla_Ice_Ice's Lucario doodle:

Wow, this IS a deep cut! I haven't seen this fan Kirby dragon form in years! And the little guy behind is Zoru, a cheeky animal buddy that wouldn't look out of place as an official character from Kirby!
This design goes all the way back to the dA days as concept for an anthropomorphic Dragoon from Kirby's Air Ride, which then became its own thing:
